30-day minimum rental. Three bedroom, 2 bath 2,500 sq. foot home located next to the mountains 6 miles south of downtown Bozeman. Located in a quiet, family neighborhood next to a small pond which offers fishing, swimming and paddle boats. Large backyard with expansive deck and outdoor grill with beautiful view of the mountains. Two car garage. Reliable, high-speed wi-fi service. Five minute walk to beautiful Leverich canyon which offers hiking and mountain biking trails. Three miles to Bozeman Creek (Sourdough Canyon) trailhead which also offers beautiful hiking and biking trails. 12 miles to Hyalite Reservoir. 40 miles to Big Sky and 85 miles to Yellowstone National Park. No Smoking. May consider pet and long-term rental. Available starting July 1st.
