Great view, rest was only OK not more

The view was great. Everything else was not worth the price paid for. Help by VACASA was poor (BBQ was dirty and never cleaned despite 3 separate contacts). There was mold on walls and ceilings.

Need updates

The knives are very dull and need to be replaced, and some are missing in the set. We went most of the trip without a nonstick frying pan and then found it underneath the broiler drawer. It would have been helpful if it was with the other pots under the sink. The master shower has mold around the track and leaks terribly.

I loved the beachfront view. I loved being able to view the beach in the morning and enjoy the sunset. As far as the property, some upgrades are needed to take the experience to above average or amazing.

The condo was nice..... But

The condo was clean the beds were comfortable. I will saw the master bathroom show door leaked very bad. The floor was soaked the 1st time the shower was used! We had to point the shower head back toward the far corner of the shower and cover the floor in towels to keep from slipping when we got out. It was obvious it had been going on for a while because the baseboard next to the shower was water damaged. Our only other complaints were, that you couldn't see the peir from the balcony, which I wasn't aware of when I booked the condo. The building is shaped in a curve so the balcony was back too far to see it. Had I known you couldn't see the peir I wouldn't have booked, that's one reason we love being close to the peir! The other thing I was wasn't aware of was the beach wasn't handicap accessible. Now we are not handicapped but, we have small children and use a beach wagon to get all the kids things out to the beach. We are beach people and go out to the beach everyday of our vacation. So everytime we went out my husband and I had to pick up our loaded wagon and carry it down the stairs..... It was just inconvenient is all. The resort it's self was very nice the pool area was my favorite part, it was very nice. The staff were all so very nice and were friendly with our kids and us everyday. Over all we had a nice stay but probably won't book here again just because of the view issue and the no ramp to the beach.
