The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the basic needs to cook your local cuisine! The unit offers plenty of space to relax and take a break from the day-to-day hustle! The balcony offers breathtaking views of the ocean! Allowing you to take in the sunrise and sunsets! Additionally, keep an eye out for the dolphins!

Sterling Breeze Resort Features: a Hot Tub, Large Infinity pool, onsite fitness center, and direct Beach Access. Also on-site is a fantastic Snack Bar/Grill that offers some delicious food and beverages. You will also be a short walk away from Pier Park, giving you plenty of shopping, restaurants, and other attractions to choose from!

Beautiful view and super clean.

I did not love the check in/get a parking pass/get a luggage cart all in separate places, but I must admit it didn’t take long and everyone was super friendly. The condo is just as pictured and very clean.

Down for the Gulf Coast Jam. Had great weather the beach was nice and it was within walking distance of venue. 1miles. Check in was a little aggravating we had to have lots of information for the front desk and had to be done on my phone which i had to go get then back to the car to get the tag number for parking. That link could have been sent earlier. Just my opinion.

Lovely vacations

The place is excellent and the view is amazing. The beds are not top of the line but they are confortable. Pier park and Wal-Mart are closed by. The property is spotless and has all the necessary item to have an amazing getaway.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and within a 10 min walking distance to Pier Park. The beach was great. We brought beach umbrellas and didn't realize we could have brought our 10x10 tent and just lowered the legs. Would have made setup so much easier. The gift shop had many items for the beach but expect to pay more for the convenience. The unit was clean and very up to date. Note that if you have a teenager over 100lbs, they don't allow them to sleep on the top bunk so this unit is good for 5 adults and a child under 100 lbs.
