Our host,David, was wonderful to work with. He responded quickly to any questions and concerns that we had. Condo was spacious for the two of us but is equipped for 4 comfortably (2 adults and 2 children).

We paid 550 for one night, plus an additional 50 for parking, and unfortunately the experience didn’t justify the price. While the room itself had been updated and was reasonably nice, it felt like a cosmetic renovation in an otherwise outdated building. The property still has the feel of an older Panama City Beach hotel, yet it’s priced like a modern resort.The front desk experience was disappointing. We arrived early and asked about checking in, but were told we couldn’t, even though we checked the room several times and never saw housekeeping working. It felt as though management simply didn’t want to accommodate us. Traveling with small children, having to wait in our truck for two hours made the experience even more frustrating.Another downside was the 10:00 a.m. checkout time, which is earlier than the standard 11:00 a.m. offered by most hotels.Overall, this stay felt like stepping back into the early 2000s. The aerial photos and room pictures make the property look much more appealing than it is in person. In my opinion, this hotel is worth closer to 200 per night, not the premium rates it currently charges. I would not choose to stay here again.

I don’t really think I ever talked to the host. I was sent a door code the day before I got there. Then I was sent a list to do when I was to leave. Most generally, the condos are always nice, but there are some things that definitely needed to be dealt with here. There is no coffee table, they are using a wicker table has a coffee table and it looks like it has spent a little too much time out in the sun and the weather. The couch was missing buttons off the back and the two chairs in the corners are not very appealing. Also, there was no kitchen table. TVs were nice size, plenty of towels. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Just needs a few upgrades.one
