Important: You must register for and print parking passes prior to arrival. https://www.aquavistapcb.org/parking-permits/
If you do not print, Beach Repro by Winn-Dixie will print for $5. There is also a UPS and Office Depot on Panama City Beach Parkway. However, this is not recommended to rely on as they are not open on the weekends or evenings.

Starter Sets:
For your convenience starter sets of mini-toiletries, roll of paper towels, and toilet tissue will be provided. This is not restocked.

Towels & Linens:
One bath towel and wash cloth per per person. Please utilize washer and dryer. Beach towels not provided. Do no take white towels to beach.

Rental Agreement Required
Upon booking we will send you a Rental Agreement for e-signature.

Security systems/cameras:
For the security of our guests and condo, we have external security cameras.

ID and Selfie Required
Upon booking, we will be requesting a copy of your driver's license and a selfie holding it. While tedious, this step critical to protect both us and you from fraud.

Best condo complex

Aquavista is the best place to stay in Panama Ciry. Beaches aren’t packed like sardines because of it not being a high rise, and. In the middle of everything on the strip. We stay here every year

Would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with our stay here and would definitely stay here again! Loved the location which was a little away from all the traffic. We like to eat a few meals in and my husband was surprised and pleased with how well stocked the kitchen was in utensils and cookware. The decor was very nice and updated. I loved the rocking recliners to rock my grandson in, not to mention——the view from the balcony was beautiful day and night! Loved and enjoyed our stay!

Love Aquavista. Only supplied 4 bath towels which was crazy for six people staying there. Threshold for patio door is very dangerous. 3 people stubbed their toes. Typical height is 1 1/2 inches. This was around 4” Need to have some games for people to play. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

Overall good room

The room was very nice and clean. The beds could have been a little better especially the king bed. The elevators were a little questionable and kept breaking down. The location of the hotel is good though and it’s not over ally crowded which was nice.

Beautiful Details

My husband and I needed a mini vacay. This condo was perfect! Very nice, clean and beautifully decorated. If you pay attention to details this is for you. Very well equipped kitchen. A lot of thought was put into everything. Very pleased!!!

Outstanding location, beautiful view of the Ocean

The pictures that were posted at time of booking were not updated to what we had in the master bedroom. The unit can use a deep cleaning, the ceiling in the bathrooms looked like they have not been cleaned in years, the shower rod was rusted and the shower control valve had some mold and the shower head was not adjustable, the toilet in the master bedroom was not mounted to the floor and it moved every time we had to use it. The bed in the master bedroom squeaked every single time there was movement and made it difficult to get a good night rest. The furniture in the living room had stains and it smelled. The window had spider webs and the wall behind the vanity had run downs. The elevator closest to our unit did not always work when we needed to use. The pool and hot tub were clean and had a nice view to the beach, really enjoyed seeing the sun set. We really enjoyed staying at this condo, just wish the owners would maintain so the future renters can have a pleasant stay.

Excellent Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family’s vacation at this property! We stayed during a tropical storm and the property management checked on us throughout the storm ensuring things were taken off balcony and that everyone braved the storm okay! Everything was exactly as pictured and spotless. Bedsheets and towels were clean, bright white and crisp! The view from the balcony was amazing! We enjoyed dolphin watching daily with morning coffee! Can’t wait to return!

Little further from the main strip, and that was perfect. Between beach access points so the strip in front of the condo wasn't very crowded in JUNE. Clean property with all the kitchen gadgets. Will definitely book again.
