This upscale condo has been totally redone with beautiful new luxury vinyl flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, new furniture, and new gel mattress topper! You will enjoy the ice in the freezer door, the fully stocked kitchen complete with a Keurig coffee maker, spice rack, salt and pepper and a brand new blender for your use! There is plenty of cookware, dishes, and glassware for you to use in case you plan to stay in and cook a fabulous meal! You will find everything you need to make your stay complete including coffee pods, sweeteners, trash bags, soaps and shampoos, plenty of towels, clothes hamper, assorted clothes hangers, luggage rack, ironing board and a brand new washer and dryer for your use. I first came to Panama City Beach back in 1994 and fell in love with the powder white sand and emerald green water. I vacationed there many times since then and always dreamed of having a second home there that would eventually become my retirement home. My dream is now a work in progress!
Why they chose this property
I have stayed at many properties along the beach but Emerald Beach Resort always stood out as a true resort experience. The amenities, the cleanliness, the staff, the location, and the condo floor plans all contributed to this complex being at the top of my list. I am very lucky and blessed to be among those that are able to own a piece of this paradise!
