Emerald Beach 631 is a jewel of a property! Perhaps Emerald Beach Resort's most unique feature is its walkover bar allowing guests to catch all of the Miracle Strip's cruising. Between the Sky Bar, an on-site Starbucks®, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a poolside tiki bar and a lagoon pool with water toys, you may spend more time exploring the resort than in your condo. But when you are ready to relax, this beachfront beauty won't disappoint.

Unwind in this cute, comfortable condo that sleeps up to 8 with a cozy king size bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a set of bunk beds in the hallway nook. The expansive living room is great for the family to spread out. This condo is also equipped with a fully-stocked kitchen with granite countertops, a washer and dryer and large flat screen TV's! Best of all, there are plenty of gulf front row seats on the private balcony so the family can breathe in the salt air and take in the stunning gulf views.

The decor in the room is nice and the condo is clean however the beds were rock hard. I’ve stayed at Emerald Beach for the last 10 years and this was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in PCB. We also had an emergency when arriving in which the condo in which the AC was frozen upon arrival and the rental company was hard to get in touch with and not quick to help. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are many other better options at emerald beach with more responsive rental companies and nicer beds.

The condo was beautifully decorated and everything we needed was there for us to use. The master bed compares to a brick floor as far as sleeping. We went and bought a mattress topper that made the weeks sleep somewhat better. The view from the balcony was awesome and the show the dolphins put on was the coolest I’ve ever seen.

The condo was beautifully decorated, very cozy, well stocked with kitchen accessories, beach supplies (no chairs but they did have boogie boards, pool floats, and sand toys). The view was stunning! The condo needs some upkeep, paint peeling, stained rugs, pictures falling off the wall and the worlds most uncomfortable master bed. Let's be realistic, those things didn't bother us, we were there for the experience and we had a wonderful time. If you need to contact the property manager, it's almost impossible. I had to leave 2 messages before anyone would call me back.

Perfect view!!

We had a wonderful time of staying at this property view on this floor was perfect for us not to low not to high!! Unit was decorated very nice and cozy even had beach items in the closet for guest use! Only issues (not the fault of condo owners) work crew outside of our room and they quickly finished up first couple of days. Other issue elevators not working properly again not the fault of condo managers. Hopefully Emerald Beach/Wyndham will address that issue quickly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

PCB Spring Break

Beautiful condo with all the necessities of home. Perfect for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teen girls. Close to beach and restaurants, pier park and shopping , hidden lagoon adventure golf…felt safe leaving the girls to their own plans and meeting up in the evening for family dinners. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, small laundry room for washing necessities, comfortable beds and homie decor. Wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for sharing your unit with us! Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything is as pictured. The communication with the property owners was great. I liked that they actually have a fully stocked kitchen, enough pots and pans, cups, silverware, plates and bowls and hot pads. The beds were comfortable. We had enough room in the condo for 4 of us to lounge around at the end of our beach days. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for letting us stay at your condo!

This place is very nicely decorated. However, there appears to be mold or mildew in the primary shower in the corners. The ceiling looks like there has been some contact with water as well. The toilet in the primary would not stop running. The trim work was filthy and damaged in most rooms.The 2nd bathroom has major issues with water coming out of the shower and onto the floor. Whoever installed this shower did a poor job of not making a lip so the water stays inside the shower and doesn’t pour out. Every time we showered I used like four to five towels to clean up the puddles. Just be aware of what you are signing up for and the price isn’t cheap for the week. The windows in the master bedroom need some attention as well as the balcony doors. There was food on the balcony that should have been scrubbed and cleaned. It appears it was barely swept when we arrived.

The place was very clean, had a beautiful view of the ocean, and was a perfect location for our family. The 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds was perfect for our older kids. However I do have a small complaint. The mattress in the master was pretty uncomfortable, but once I figured out the magic number of pillows it was good enough. Maybe consider investing in a mattress topper for your future guests. Overall we were very happy with our choice to book this place and would return. Thank you!!

I will never book a stay with Emerald Coast Destinations again. I have used VRBO for many trips and have never been so unsatisfied. I called the day we arrived because the condo was filthy, the shower head was messed up, we had to clean all the rugs in the bathroom because they appeared to have not been washed in quite a while, and the guest bath poured water into the floor when showering. The person I spoke with was a rep of ECDI and I was told I could not speak to the person I booked with. Any issues with other companies, I’ve always spoke directly to someone. We had to wash all utensils because when we opened the drawer, there was hair and food particles in the drawers. The washer and dryer has probably NEVER been cleaned and made our clothing and towels smell like mildew. The cleaners came up to the room after I requested them to bring more towels as we had used ALL extra ones to clean up the water from guest bath. The cleaner just looked at me when I asked if anything had actually been cleaned since everything was dirty when we arrived. The decor was beautiful and the view was great, but you can get that anywhere. Save yourself the time and money and book somewhere else!

The condo itself was beautiful. The first night it was cold so we went to get the extra blankets out of the closet and they were visibly dirty and had a smell. The bunk bed had only a bottom sheet and a comforter. No top sheet. The room didn’t contain a broom, which was annoying because of all the sand that piled up. Vacuum through sand back at me and didn’t work. However that was ok because I went and got one and left it for the next people. The problem started on Thursday when the thermostat quit working around 6 pm. I immediately text and called the number. I was called back and told that it wasn’t an emergency and someone would be out the next dat to fix it. I understand this thing happens, but to make me wait until our last beach day to come fix it was annoying. We had to go all night with it 90 degrees outside. There was a large fan in the closet that we thought would be great with no air, but when we plugged it in it did not work. My daughter found a pair of kids shorts, a plastic medicine cup and other trash under the guest queen bed. The blinds in the master bedroom were damaged to where anyone on the balcony could clearly see in the room. Thank goodness my daughter was the one sleeping with me in the room. I submitted the pictures of blinds and a picture off the wall as requested upon check in and no response. Also every time you flush the toilet in the master bath or run water you get a horrible humming sound in ceiling. Notified mgmt several times no RESPONSE!!!
