All East Tower Amenities (frog pad, lazy river, and East Tower pool) are open but not heated. The west side pool is heated during the winter season.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Beach condo for childern

The condo facilities are wonderful if you have children, pool options kept them busy for hours, easy beach access. We didn't have to purchase any extra kitchen supplies for 10 people as all where available in the kitchen.

Beautiful area for a vacation.

The condo is well equipped. However we were locked out of our condo for 45 minutes when we arrived because the door codes wouldn't work. There are 3 doors with coded locks which makes no sense to me. Finally I asked them if they could just program the three doors with the same code and they did. Finally ,after being in the 100 degree heat trying all these different codes they sent a code to the 3 doors that worked. I loved the condo but it is so much walking involved from parking garage to the door to the condo. It's not conducive to someone who cannot walk long distances. Idalia was in the Gulf which put a damper on our trip and we checked out Tuesday afternoon instead of waiting until Thursday as planned ahead of Idalias arrival. So it was a stressful trip instead of a relaxing vacation.

mostly fun at the beach

the very start of our stay was a little rocky. the codes for room would not work. we wanted someone to come and offer assistance. No go. We were 9 in the hall. 3 tired small children. Once we did get in the remainder of our vacation was wonderful. My suggestion would be to use key pads at adult eye level and change them from unlighted brass to lighted black and white. Leaning over to see numbers in a dimly lit hall is less than ideal.

Great Stay

Our stay in 1101w at Splash was great. The only negatives were the wait for elevators ( which this was our 6th stay at Splash so we knew to expect this. 2 elevators for 20 floors is not enough), and the other was that the master bedroom mattress was too soft for my liking. I have a bad back and the soft mattress was rough on it every night. This might not be an issue for others that do not tend to have back issues...none the less, this was a great condo and a great trip.
