This condo is a corner unit so it includes sweeping coastal views from every room and an expansive balcony. Splash Resort is the premier Panama City Beach Gulf-front destination for family fun and entertainment, rated as one of the “Top Fifteen New Beach Resorts” by Florida Travel & Leisure Magazine! 

As you enter the main suite you're welcomed by floor to ceiling windows that wrap around the entire living area, so whether you're relaxing in the living room, sitting at the dining room table, or creating great coastal cuisine in the fully equipped kitchen you won't miss a beat on the beaches. The family living area features a Queen sofa sleeper and ample seating for everyone to spend time together. This home will comfortably sleep 9. High-end appliances and all the kitchen necessities you'll need to cater to your family will be found in this home.

One of two Gulf-front masters can be found just off the living area with a private balcony entrance, King bed, flat-screen TV, and private en suite master bath. The corner garden tub, separate walk-in shower, dual vanities, and HUGE closet spaces make this paradise for those who enter. Your Guest Bedroom features bunk beds, and a private balcony for the children to enjoy the views as well. Your Guest bath is just across the hall for easy access and features a tub shower combination.

Your Mother-In-Law or second Guest Suite features a private entrance, private balcony, and incredible Gulf views. This suite features a King bed, a kitchenette area with dining seating for two, and a HUGE in-suite bath. Morning coffee on the balcony or a quick margarita for happy hour can all be enjoyed in the privacy of your own suite.

Lovely condo with a spectacular view.

The condo was just what I was looking for while traveling with 3 generations of family. Well appointed and clean, this condo met all expectations. The location was central to shopping and dining and the views were amazing. Even with chilly weather, we still got our “beach vacation”.

The condo was perfect! It was so nice and clean. Stocked with a BUNCH of stuff. Definitely a great Christmas vacation. The pool that was heated was great for the kids and loved the hot tub. Location was great. Recommend!! Will definitely be coming back!

Great Family Rental

This unit was absolutely perfect for my family and I! We loved having the large condo and the separate mother in law suite with our own private access. The views were fantastic, furnishings were great, loved having an umbrella and chairs, and my sons was obsessed with the pools and water park! We would definitely consider renting again if we return to PCB in the near future!

We absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful condo, well stocked kitchen, perfect amount of “starter” items that got us through the trip. Was very clean. I loved the little details, such as labeling the light switches for where they go. We will be back!

Relax and enjoy

Clean, comfortable just as pictured. Wonderful location on the sand. Plenty to do all around. This comment is not a criticism just a suggestion… the unit could use a couple of pot holders, maybe a beach towel or 2 and a couple of inexpensive beach chairs (we flew in from NY and couldn’t bring our own) otherwise we had everything we needed!! Thank you for sharing your home we us we had a great week.

Annual getaway

Rhis condo was perfect. The views were stunning from every angle and view. Plenty of toiletries and towels for everyone. And the mother in law suite has its own key pad for privacy. Each room with its own balcony w/ the master bedroom sharing the living area balcony of course. My only complaint was the splash pad and hot tub being closed. We were told the hot tub would he open and when we arrived the whole west outdoor area was blocked off. 1x fluke but disappointing. We WILL be back!

Dirty and unexpected visitor

The cleanliness was just horrible. Dirty dishes and cookware covered in stuck on food and crumbs. The silverware was sticky and covered in something like syrup. After walking around the floor barefoot for 10 min our feet were black and covered in crumbs and dirt. The WiFi was out for days so none of the TVs worked and we had very bored children in the evenings. Due to no WiFi none of the vending or atms worked and half the food and drink places did not either. We also woke up to a man in our kitchen fixing what he claimed we put in a work order for. We did not and he did not knock, he walked right in and started using power tools. My teenage daughter was up and heard the whole thing and was terrified. No one expects or deserves to wake up to a stranger in the condo. Overall it was a horrible experience and we will not be back to the splash resort.

PCB SPLASH! BLUE SWELL

We loved the suites! Gorgeous, recently refurbished. Great kitchen w ever we needed for family meals. Balconies were great too w wonderful beach views. Spacious areas so everyone could relax and enjoy themselves. Toiletries towels and linens were generous. Teens and little ones had a good time. Hot water was an issue though in both suites. Also would have loved a full mirror when getting dressed. Outside of buildings and public balcony areas could use upgrade. Well situated, easy access to restaurants groceries and fun. Missed having an in-house restaurant and bar for the evenings though. All employees were very polite and helpful.

The unit was well stocked with towels and kitchen items. The only issues we had were that we had to purchase tools to clean all the hair out of the bath drain so we didn’t have to bathe in our own filth and the cleaning service really needs to wash ALL the bedding, not just the sheets. The bedding stunk like dirty hair.

Great Place

The condo is just as it appears in the listing. Very nice, comfortable, short walk to the beach. Lazy river, hot tub, 2 splash pads, and 3 pools, were perfect. The mother-in-law suite is completely separate from the other unit. When you enter the door, there are another two doors, one to the two bedroom unit and one to the mother-in-law suite. The mother-in-law suite does not have a walk-in shower, so if you are an older person, make sure the person(s) staying in that room can step over into the shower/tub. Things to know: parking is not included in your booking, you will need to pay 35 to park each car in your group, you cannot put up tents in front of the rental lounge chairs (they will be taken down if you try), and there is a lot of road construction in the area. Last note: the fire alarm went off while we were there. The alarm could not be heard inside of the unit (my son just happened to leave the unit and heard it). We were out of the condo several hours and could not find anyone to give us information or updates on what was happening. The management company responded to my email quickly and told me to contact the condo directly, which I had already tried. The registration desk was still checking people in as the alarm was for the East tower only. We essentially left and went out to eat (was not our original dinner plan) and hoped for the best when we returned. I made the management company aware that the alarm could not be heard inside the unit.

Our 3yo grandson really loved his sea bedroom with the big bed & bean bag chair. The 2 master suites gave both us and my son & his wife plenty of comfortable room. The entire condo was clean with everything we needed for cooking, relaxing, watching TV, playing games, or anything else. Beach access was quick & easy. We enjoyed having beach service with chairs & umbrella. The splash pad was perfect for the little one to play & be out of the sun. We absolutely loved this place & intend to come back.

Nice condo, questionable customer service

I have stayed at Splash many times over the years and this is my favorite floor plan/layout. Condo is decorated nice. There were some dirty dishes but I usually wash them before using anyway. I will say that I’m disappointed with the customer service. They charged me a $25 shipping fee for a key that was left in the condo after I spent over $3k with them. This, in my opinion, is poor customer service and a bit petty. Overall, I would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second trip to Splash with our 3 year old granddaughter and 1 1/2 twin grandsons and their parents. The condo was perfect setup for small children. Plenty of room and very well stocked. Condo was very clean and furniture and beds were comfortable and safe for kids. We are planning on booking same one next year. I would recommend to building maintenance to sweep pools more often. The flies were terrible in the covered pool area. They would bite you and we had to use bug spray to try to keep them off. When they died they fell in pool. The beach service is not very accommodating for families with kids. The chairs are set up so close together you can barely walk between them and you are right on top of the person next to you. If you don’t want to be around kids do not use the beach service because you get to know you neighbors up close and personal. I know owners pay a lot of money in HOA fees and I would want to know these things. Thank you for sharing your home the trip was full of memories for my family.
