There are 4 balconies throughout this house for enjoying breathtaking views as well! The Northeast house has easy beach access, with only one Breezyville house in front.

The Northeast Sun house offers 12 bedrooms and 9.5 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 40 guests. Have a smaller group? Book the 7 bedroom lockout to accommodate just 24 guests. On the first floor of the house, you'll find 5 bedrooms: Bedrooms 1 & 2 have a King bed each and each has a private bathroom with a bathtub & a shower. Bedroom 3 has 2 Queen beds with a private shower/tub combo. Finally, Bedrooms 4 & 5 each have 2 Queen beds and they both share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The second floor contains a state-of-the-art kitchen, a large, cozy living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and there is also a half bath. Also on this floor are 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 6 with 2 Queen beds & balcony access, and Bedroom 7 with 3 Twin over Twin bunks. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
