Breezyville Northwest Sky is a 7 bedroom lockout, beachside Gulf Shores Beach House Rental. This vacation home offers gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico's turquoise waters and white-sand beaches. The beach is right in your backyard, enjoy! Breezyville is made up of 4 houses - a beachside community that shares a pool overlooking the Gulf. The Northwest house has easy beach access, with only one Breezyville house in front.

The Northwest Sky house offers 7 bedrooms and 6.5 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 26 guests. This rental is the lockout option, meaning that the third floor will be locked and not for use. Have a larger group? Book the 12 bedroom full house to accommodate 40 guests. With an ideal location in the heart of Gulf Shores, enjoy many restaurants and shops within walking distance!

On the first floor of the house, you'll find 5 bedrooms: Bedrooms 1 & 2 have a King bed each and each has a private bathroom with a bathtub & a shower. Bedroom 3 has 2 Queen beds with a private shower/tub combo. Finally, Bedrooms 4 & 5 each have 2 Queen beds and they both share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The second floor contains a state-of-the-art kitchen, a large, cozy living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and there is also a half bath. Also on this floor are 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 6 with 2 Queen beds & balcony access, and Bedroom 7 with 3 Twin over Twin bunks. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Breezyville stay

Very clean, lots of space, great AC, clean pool. The only thing I think needs to be added is better cooking pans. The pans that are there are horrible and food sticks badly but the location and everything about the house is perfect. Water and beach was perfect!

Nice getaway

We had a cruise planned for a group of 10 for over a year. The day before it got canceled due to a hurricane. We found this vacation last minute and it allowed us to still get a beach trip in! The location was perfect, parking was easy, plenty of space for all families. The facility is in definite need of updating. It also seemed as if it hadn’t had a thorough cleaning in a while. We couldn’t walk barefoot in the house without our feet turning black. Couch cushions were dirty, some of the doors had holes in them. Sink in one bathroom didn’t drain. Some showers didn’t get hot and had little water pressure. Overall we were happy but felt it could’ve been cleaner.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! THIS IS NOT WATERFRONT!!!

We booked waterfront, but this house was BEHIND another house and had VERY LIMITED views of the water! Even the picture used for this review was the house we were supposed to get! But we got an orange house behind this one. I called the property manager, and she was sweet, but offered no options. She insisted it was my mistake. However I have screenshots of the pictures used to advertise what we were booking, and that's NOT what we got. It became a blame game, where no one else was to blame but me. The manager said they dont do the advertising, so it definitely wasn't their problem. They can't control it if VRBO misrepresented the home they advertise. UGH! So I guess the only one responsible for this mistake is me for trusting VRBO. The home size, layout, and newness was amazing. At first glance it was very clean. But if you rent one of these places (Prickett Rentals), don't walk barefoot on those floors. Our feet were black when we did. The floors were gross, and there were beer cans and trash under the beds and couches! All in all we made the most of a very disappointing situation. The beach was beautiful! The dryer never worked. The maintenance call was handled well, but even after the repairman left the dryer didn't work. Lastly, don't pass out when you get the extremely high cleaning fee, and all the other ridiculous fees that come with your bill. Soooo DISAPPOINTED!

Complete bait and switch!

We booked based on the photos that are shown online. However upon arriving we were not placed in the white and blue house directly on the beach as advertised. We were placed in the house behind it. So our beach view home was a view of the house in front of us. After emailing the property management company they put the blame on VRBO and when I spoke to VRBO the first guy told me that it sounded like a bait and switch situation and that he would put in an investigation towards the property management company. The second guy I spoke to at VRBO said as long as we were put in a house that’s all they can do for me. So the blame game was all I got. The toilets we’re all dirty when we arrived. A few of them had terrible water pressure and clogged on the second night. The floors were also pretty dirty. There is no hose or outside shower so it’s impossible to not bring sand in from the beach. The washer and dryer worked but be prepared to wait a few hours for each load. The house does not have enough seating for the amount of people that it accommodates. There are not enough towels or linens for the amount of people either. A hamper would be helpful. We did encounter several broken glasses so please check them before you drink anything. A better broom and vacuum would also be helpful. Although we had a great time the false advertisement on the house was pretty annoying.

Gulf Shores Getaway

The House was beautiful! We had an issue with a toilet on the 3rd floor leaking through to the 2nd floor bedroom, but the handyman came quickly & fixed it! The washing machine was difficult to start, but it did work! Overall it was Fabulous & we would definitely stay there again!
