Surfside Terrace offers two floors with two separate large open entertainment gathering areas yet abundant private space for the entire family to spread out. This unique property offers a fully stocked kitchen and dining area with a direct view of the glistening ocean and additional kitchenette on their first-floor level.

Surfside is a secluded community on Ft. Morgan peninsula offering beach access for residents yet only minutes away from shopping and dining. Listen to the surf crash on the beach as you lull into a relaxing evening. Walk along the pristine beach along the emerald sea or use the golf cart to take your gear and family out for incredible sunrise and sunsets, surf fishing, or just laze in the golden sands. Property includes use of battery golf cart for adult use only.

The owners have spared no expense and have personally created Surfside Terrace to offer an unparalleled experience for your family's vacation enjoyment. We also have external driveway security cameras for our guests' piece of mind. * There is a designated golf cart parking area at the eastern most beach access in the neighborhood.
* parking available for up to 8 cars.
* This home does not allow pets and this policy is strictly enforced.

For added safety and security there are cameras that cover the front door and driveway area.

A separate waiver will need to be signed to allow for golf cart usage. There is no cash value attached to the Golf Cart usage. The owners offer the Golf Cart as a courtesy to their guests. We make every effort ensure the Golf Cart is operational. If for some reason the Golf Cart breaks or becomes inoperable, no refunds or discounts will be given.
