RV Living

You will be staying a beautiful 38ft 5th wheel under cover (2005 Jayco). This unit has 3 pop outs with plenty of room. Good size refrigerator, ice maker and all the appliances you will need. Including 2 electric grills and a table top convention oven. Hot and cold water dispenser along with a freezer. Reclining love seat and chair recliner. 2 TV's, one is under the outside canopy that has a gas firepit and large patio area. Plenty of chairs for entertaining. There is also a 12 x 14 metal shed with lock for storage. There is also a generator and a large tanaka water tank. If you know San Carlos then you know that these 2 items are important to have. There is a 20 x 20 shade cover for parking.
