Ideally located and close to many sites (1 hour from St-Malo, 40 minutes from Dinan, Bréhat and Trégastel), this bed and breakfast, located in a rural setting but very close to the city center of St-Brieuc (5 minutes ), shops (2 minutes) and beaches (5 minutes), will meet your expectations.
Benefiting from an independent entrance, and a surface of 40 m2, it is composed of:
a relaxation lounge with infrared sauna, a large bathroom with spa bath, double sink and large walk-in shower, and a bedroom with 2X90X200 electric bed. This space opens onto a swimming pool heated to 28 ° under shelter. Possibility to open it as a function of time or on the contrary to be able to enjoy it without going out. A large private terrace allows you to take advantage of this space.
