Paradise at your feet

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean, fit all our needs, and the sand was just a couple of steps away. The bed was very comfortable and the beach accessories provided were perfect.The only issue we really had was when the ac is on it makes a loud rattle sound in the bedroom. We bring our noise machine wherever we go so it didn't hinder being able to sleep, but it may bother someone else. The pool was also very enjoyable and surprised us with having an 8ft deep end. We most definitely will be back!!

Great Place to Stay

Great place to stay. Loved the access to the beach. Parking was right next to my unit which was amazing. Made packing and unpacking super easy. It was nice being able to sit outside late at night and enjoy the nice weather without a strong direct breeze from the ocean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we’d give this rental 4 stars. We’ve been vacationing on Okaloosa Island for many years now. And we’ve stayed in several different buildings. We liked this location a lot. It’s just a few steps to the beach. We did feel this unit was a bit pricey for the size of the unit, but it was our choice, so not really complaining, just stating an opinion (plus, it’s sometimes hard to judge space/size in pics). Also, I would only recommend this unit for 2 people, not even another small child, and definitely not another adult (or the 4 people the description says this unit will hold). The bathroom is tiny, and there’s no storage space. What we liked: location to beach, comfortable bed, clean, TV sizes, comfortable couch, kitchen size and amenities. What we didn’t like: AC is SO loud (it works fine, but was like a jet taking off the entire time it’s on) and there is a rattling noise; very little closet space (no extra room to store beach essentials, so stuff just hangs out in living room, and we had to store luggage back in car as there was no room to store them inside); no place to rinse feet off from beach; windows and door in bedroom let way too much light in at night and blinds you first thing in the morning (even with blinds closed; needs blackout curtains added); info to connect to WiFi was incorrect; TV speakers in living room wouldn’t work/connect to TV. Personal preferences we’d have liked to have: rugs throughout to help with sand spread (bathroom, next to bedsides, hallway runner, back door); less bulky furniture so there’s more walking space.

A/C was a little louder than I’m use to but it kept the house 72.

We had an easy check in as well as all the amenities we needed during our stay. The location was great, close to the beach access and next to the tomb thumb on Santa Rosa blvd. The owners communicated with us as needed with check in/out info. Would stay here again!

Close to the beach and not far from shopping and restaurants. We won’t stay anywhere else. The units have been immaculate and if you have a need, a phone call to the rental office is all it takes.
