Welcome to this comfortable condo with incredible views and the best beaches. This terrific property features 1 bedroom with a cozy queen bed, 1.5 bathrooms, and a living room area with a full kitchen and a living room sofa bed. Guests enjoy amenities like WiFi, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen and AC during their stay. Imagine waking up to the direct view of the Gulf and starting your day with a cup of coffee on the balcony. Enjoy the lovely beachfront on Okaloosa Island or travel 7 miles to Destin where there are many types of entertainment.
The beach is fantasic, the housekeeper takes pride in cleanliness, the area is wonderful, the home has been outfitted with items to make your stay comfortable, and I will work to exceed your expectations. Count on me to be responsive to you. Thank you.

For the benefit of the next guest, we need departure on or before 10 AM for the housekeeping staff

I like being a host because when I was a corporate executive I made every effort for me and/or my team to provide the best solutions and service possible to clients. In addition I worked my best to help my sales managers, sales personnel, and professional support staff perform extremely well on a daily basis while developing themselves for a terrific career in place or to be upwardly mobile. This role of working hard to anticipate a guest needs and to respond quickly to help with anything unexpected keeps me on my toes and it is very rewarding when I can receive a 5 star rating on behalf of all the team that works to make the guest experience exceptional.
Why they chose this property
We selected this condomium community after staying ourselves several times as guests. It is quiet, yet accessible to many activities and restaurants. The best though is the view and the beach!
