Ground Floor unit no stairs or elevators short walk to emerald green water and sugar sandy beach Only 100 yards to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful condominium with excellent floor plan. Sleeps six (6)people very comfortably. This large one bedroom condominium has (2) built-in twin size bunk beds, a large pull out Queen sofa bed, and the master bedroom has a large king size bed. This unit has two (2) televisions, one in the living room smart TV DVD player as well as Internet access master bedroom, smart TV. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. microwave, Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, blender, toaster, Too much to list...) Everything needed to enjoy your vacation. This unit also has a Washer / Dryer located in the unit for your convenience. This is a very well maintained and extremely clean unit! McGuires has fantastic Prime Rib and daily Specials that are just amazing and Great prices. The Sea food there is so amazing best Fish I have ever had.

Our new favorite spot!

The condo is a great space for a family/small group of friends. It’s convenient to the beach, and the umbrella/chair service makes it perfect to grab a towel and head to the beach. Check in/out and communication with the host we’re quick and efficient. We made great memories and can’t wait to come back again!

Very pleased with the place. Went for our 33rd anniversary. Looking at coming back for Christmas. The gulf coast is so much better that the beaches we have in Jacksonville, no comparison

More than we expected

The property is way more than we expected.The location is great and everything is close by.Everything was perfect for our little family.The communication with Mrs Sharon was super easy and she was always friendly.We will definitely be back and stay here again real soon.We would recommend this place 110% any day.

Quick Getaway

A very spacious 1 BR condo. Wife thought the lounge chair was the best she's ever used. Great location on a road that ends only a few blocks away thereby limiting traffic. Master BR door opens directly to the pool. Beach access right out the front door. Convenience mart about 2 blocks away or less.

Walk to the beach at the front door, swimming pool at the back door.

This is a great place to stay. It can sleep six easily. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It is a very quiet place to stay. You can park by the front door and the sidewalk is right there that leads you to the beach. The swimming pool is just out the back door which is perfect. This part of the beach has very little traffic, cars or people. Shopping and fun things to do are just minutes away. The water here is clearer than any of the beaches west of this location. You won’t go wrong renting this place.

Girls Trip 2023

We had a lovely stay at Sharon’s Condo. Everything was so clean and the property was great. It was secluded and quiet. Perfect access to the beach, pool, Destin, and PCB. I loved the bed/mattress. Best sleep in a long time. Great to have a kitchen! Highly recommend this property for your next stay to this area. We will be back! My daughters loved it. Thank you!!! 😊

Great location to beach

Too cold for pool but loved that it was right outside bedroom. Took our dog but just warning to others that burrs were everywhere and unable to walk her without getting in her paws and limping. Sharon was great to communicate with. Will return without pup in warmer weather. The Trimbles

Perfect Getaway!

Everything exceeded our expectations! It is the perfect place for a short stay or extended - as if at home. Regardless of not having "a view" being on the ground floor, the short walk to beach definitely made up for it, literally 2-3 minutes. Not even 5 minutes after walking in unit my husband was ready to book in August, unfortunately nothing available. Will definitely be back. The best part of it all was our host, Ms. Sharon; was very accommodating/communicated. She has a lot of information in guest book for the area. I can't wait to go back!!

Checkin process was easy. The location was great just a few feet from the beach. Reached out to the owner about a closet door they responded quickly. The unit was clean and small yet spacious enough for us. We could hear our overhead neighbors as the walked around which is not the fault of the unit owners. Would return again and highly recommend.

Loved our stay here. Great location, easy access to the beach and restaurants nearby. Clean condo with plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, and well stocked kitchen if you plan to do any cooking. If you have neighbors in the above unit it can be a bit noisy, that is the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

Girls beach retreat

Perfect!

There were several things that were important for our stay: ground floor, close proximity to the pool and beach, full kitchen and allowed pets. All exceeded our hopes for our vacation! The pool was literally just out the back door and the beach access was just out the front door. And there was an umbrella and two chairs at the beach if we so chose to enjoy them. We loved that there was room for everyone to have their own space. The bunk bed was very comfy as well as the sofa bed. The king bed's mattress comfort was amazing! I can't say enough good things about the week at this particular place! Thank you!!!

Great place

Very nice place, perfect for my husband who has ambulatory issues. Wish we could have stayed longer. FYI, it is not handicap accessible to the beach. We had to drive next door to the public access to borrow the beach wheelchair, but it was very manageable. Hope we’ll be able to return next year!

Why they chose this property

Bought in 2014, because Daughter and son-in -law both own one. After visited a few times, loved the pearl white beach, crystal clear Gulf of Mexico and warm winter weather.

What makes this property unique

Bottom floor with no stairs to climb. This is a very nice, clean and quiet family complex, 19 units close to beach with no streets to cross. The beach is approximately 75 yards away. Condo set up with all household essentials pot pans dishes linens
