Island Sands is a hidden gem located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This small 27-unit condominium offers a peaceful retreat with an uncrowded beach. Listen to the waves roll in and feel the powder white sand under your feet as you walk down to the beach, just steps from your back door. The community swimming pool provides a relaxing place to sunbath and take a dip. Close to all local attractions, entertainment, and restaurants... Island Sands is the perfect beach location.



The Space:

This 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom unit includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar with seating for six, a main living area with a sleeper sofa for extra guests, and a private balcony with gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, smart TV, and half bathroom. A full bathroom with tub/shower combination in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

Love the place. The beach is over crowded though with all the high rises all up and down the beach now! Beach not as crowded just a few years ago when we first started staying at Island sands 303!

Great Stay

This was the first kid free getaway for my husband and I and the condo was great. The beach chairs were amazing and the condo had all amenities we were looking for. It is on the third floor, but the walk up did not bother us one bit, because we had a beautiful view. Already planning our trip back.
