We had a wonderful stay in Fort Walton Beach! The condo was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing. The staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. Everything was great overall. The only downside was the limited closet space but it did not take away from our enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay again!

I gave 4 stars for the pricing only because I never want to pay what I have to pay for a condo rental but honestly I did not check around for pricing. I checked availability, location and bedrooms/bathrooms and that is about all I checked. Having said that, I am sure that this condo was as competitive as any others in the area. The condo was very clean and the owners thought of little details (hand held mirror which I did not bring and needed as a woman with short hair to see the back of my head) and fans in the room...not just ceiling cans! A BIG PLUS! It was a wonderful mini-vacation (Sat-Weds). The water was clearer than I have seen it in years, the weather was perfect (slight breeze most of the stay) and the food everywhere we went was excellent (Stewbys, The Crap Trap and AJ's (for oysters).

The view was amazing! The host was very communitive and welcoming! We loved the easy access and the facilities. It was so great walking right out to the beach. The beach chairs that were on the patio were very appreciated. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing is bring beach towels as we forgot!

This property was exactly as described. The host was responsive, and kind. The overall property is well maintained and managed.Be aware, if you are mobility challenged, that there are no ramps to the beach. The stairs are a bit deep and steep. This issue is not in the host’s control - but it is the reason for the less-than-perfect rating.

The condo was very nice. Easy to find and access. There are carts to help you move in and out. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The condo was nice. Super clean and very well done. The balcony was our favorite place when not on the shore. The walk to the beach was easy and relaxing. The beach service was an added bonus. We would definately recommend and would stay again!
