Great location, large apartment, odd policy

A great location in a fantastic neighborhood. The apartment itself is nice, cute design and quite large -- if a little shabby around the edges (some peeling flooring, dinged-up furniture). One point of frustration was that we were expected, during the course of our vacation, to make a trip to the Sweet Inn office and return one set of keys (we didn't ask for two sets but were given one set upon pick-up and the other was in the apartment). Apparently they didn't have another set for themselves? This was inconvenient as the office was not close by. We had to take time to go twice because once when we went, the office was closed and there is no dropbox. It's a hassle that is easily remedied by the Sweet Inn management but even when we explained it would be difficult for us, they insisted we do the drop off. Too bad. Otherwise a perfectly fine place to stay.
