Tucked away in the charming Gracia district, the Atic Gracia studio Sweett apartment is the perfect place to experience Barcelona’s local culture. This bright studio has been decorated by our local interior designer for a sunny Spanish atmosphere. Painted with uplifting yellows and blues, this space is infused with the spirit of Barcelona. A wide private patio, spanning the entire apartment, gives you a stunning view of the whole city. The fresh white kitchen is a cosy spot for cooking a refreshing Spanish snack, and the living spaces are full of natural light.

Away from the tourist hub, Gracia is an area filled with local artisans, funky restaurants, and quaint cafes and pubs. The metro takes you all over the city, including to Plaza Catalunya, where you'll find many of Barcelona’s most famous museums and art galleries.

A romantic retreat for young couples, this bright apartment will surely be your new home away from home.

Please note that the double bed is fairly narrow.


Gracia is filled with local businesses, craftsmen, and quaint cafes and pubs. Visit the local theater, only a seven-minute walk from the rental, or take a short bus ride with the public transport around the corner to Paseo de Gracia (13 minutes), where luxury boutique shops abound. The local bus can also take you to Plaza Catalunya in the city center (14 minutes), where you can find many museums and art galleries.

I would say maybe Try to keep the Picture of the apartments up to date. I had a wonderful time in the Atic Apartment in Gracia, but the furniture on the balcony did not match the pictures and weren’t too comfortable. Other than that it was a really good apartment, which had all we needed.

Nothing - great location, great value, comfortable apartment and very easy process. Toilet seat in apartment is very loose and one of the glass lamp shades is broken and very sharp edge - otherwise all perfect.

comfortable, small, convenient but issues

The apartment is efficient and comfortable. The terrace is large. But the management would not answer the phone and when they responded by text I was often given misinformation (like telling me the washer was on the terrace when it was in the kitchen.) No helpful info on basics like wifi and trash removal for departure. A number of things did not work, bathroom door would not close for privacy, the safe was locked open so could not be programmed, light on the terrace was broken, TV could not be watched because of poor signal and the unit right next to the elevator so the noise from the machinery is loud in the unit at all hours.
