Excellent emplacement près de la cathédrale, propreté irréprochable, restauration avec de beaux matériaux.Hélas, les fenêtres anciennes assurent aucun filtre phonique. Le bruit de la rue est insupportable au mois de mars ainsi que les bruits interieurs. Le prix est vraiment trop élevé pour la prestation.
