Beautiful house in a nice condomium with swimming pool

Our beautiful and luxurious house has 3 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning own notes.
There are 3 bathrooms; the master bedroom Has its own bathroom.
The kitchen Has A dishwasher, microwave, oven and washing machine.
Our luxurious house is located in a small, nicely landscaped, luxury condominium of 18 homes surrounded by a landscaped garden.

The complex Has its own swimming pool, children's pool, a small children's playground and putting green for the golf enthusiast. The complex HAS sufficient is private parking places, is gated and offers secure access.

The house is located in the small but complete village of Ferreiras.
This is just a few kilometers north of Albufeira. Distance ti beaches is aprox. 6 km.

In the vicinity are a complete supermarket and a excellent Pastelleria.

The large and extensiveness Algarve shopping mall (with cinema with 9 screens, hypermarket and food court) is 6 km away.

Nearby are some beautiful golf complexes.

From Ferreiras there are daily express trains to Lisbon

Lovely property and well located for trips into Albuferia and beyond. The property has 3 good size rooms and outside eating area with BBQ.The pool is a great addition and it's generally quiet. Grocery shopping is a short walk (or drive) for Intermarche or Aldi, and you can find cafe's and bars in Ferreiras (20 minute walk). There's public transport into town, or an Uber into Albuferia is under 10. I had a few questions about access to the property and parking, and the host was very responsive/helpful.Overall - highly recommended.

Prima huis, van alle gemakken voorzien en op een top locatie

Het huis is schoon, huiselijk (wij voelden ons meteen “thuis”), van alle gemakken voorzien, gelegen op een prima locatie (met de auto alles binnen 15 minuten te bereiken) en voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Ons gezelschap bestond ook uit 2 kleine kinderen. Als we een dag thuis bleven, zodat zij even konden bijkomen was het ook prima vertoeven, omdat er een zwembad bij het huis is en een fijne tuin om in te relaxen. Dick & Ryan

Een heerlijk vakantiehuis!

Casa Elisabeth is een zeer smaakvol ingericht en gezellig huis, van alle gemakken voorzien ! Er is een goed aanbod van winkels en horeca in de buurt aanwezig. Echt een aanrader voor een fijn verblijf in de Algarve!!
