Charming chalet completely renovated of 170m2 in a very quiet area 5 minutes walk from the village center. Large 60 m2 sunny terrace and 800 m2 garden. Nice view of the Aravis range.
Most of the bedding is new. The equipment is of high quality: new fridge, traditional oven and steam oven, food processor, beautiful TV screen ...
The proximity to shops, the crèche, the swimming pool, the football field, the bus stop is very significant.
In summer you can enjoy a vegetable garden and a very pleasant terrace.
The chalet could accommodate more than 8 people but we prefer to limit the number
