Rent an old house at the edge of the Cévennes National Park in the heart of a small village between St Ambroix and Barjac (very beautiful Renaissance city) in the Gard.
All amenities at 3km (3 supermarkets, all shops).
Located in the Cèze valley, the river is 5 minutes walk from the house. Swimming, kayaking, walks, absolute calm.
Old and built in pebbles from the Cèze, the house is comfortable, very pleasant to live in, equipped with all usual household appliances plus internet.(Electric oven, microwave, induction hob, 2 fridges, washing machine, large screen DVD player, CD system).
Two bathrooms with Italian showers, two toilets.
Three double bedrooms (one on the first level, the other two upstairs, with sloping ceilings and spacious, one with air conditioning), plus a convertible sofa in the living room, plus another convertible sofa in one of the bedrooms. (in addition to the bed)
Raised on two levels on vaulted cellars. Access to the living rooms is via a large external stone staircase.
Garden entirely enclosed by walls, not overlooked, with complete garden furniture, built-in barbecue.
Halfway between Uzes, Les Vans, Vallon-Pont-d'Arc (Grotte Chauvet). Nîmes at one hour, Avignon at one hour, Allès at 30mn, the sea at 1h30.
