Logement idéal pour se reposer, au calme !!! Maison récente, faites avec goûts. Nous avons apprécier le fait qu’il y ai 2 salles de bains. Nous sommes partie à 2 couples d’amies, chacun avait son espace. Propriétaire très sympathique. Balade à pied, sortie vélo, paysage magnifique ! Nous reviendrons, sans hésiter !!!

Wunderbar gelegen, sauber, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter perfekt! Wir waren zu viert - es war einfach wunderschön. Prima Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Einen Tipp an den Vermieter hätten wir noch - Fliegengitter an Türen und Fenstern wären toll.

Good location, excellent modern house and pool

As there are no English reviews, here's the first! We stayed here in late September and the weather was fortunately good. The house is equipped for a holiday stay (no bath towels but hand & tea towels + bath mats provided - don't know if this is a French thing). Both showers are large and powerful. There was always plenty of hot water . TV is French terrestrial but there is fast internet so we watched Netflix and Sky with no difficulty by streaming through laptop to the TV. Beds comfortable and linen new. Pool is uniform depth (approx. 4ft 6in) and there is a nice seat across at the house end. Best ever pool cover for retaining heat early and late in the season. It is electrical operated so easy to use. Pool has very high tech filtration system in the garage. Also in the garage is a modern washing machine. The garden and house are raised up from a small, narrow road and can just be seen from the road and neighbouring properties. It is in a great location for exploring the area, particularly Pont d' Arc and the Ardeche region. The furthest we went was to Pont De Gard for the Roman remains, about 1hr 45min away. Don't miss the character villages, such as Sceautres and Rochecolombe and the cave at Aven D' Orgnac and the reproduction of the Grotte Chauvet at Caverne Du Pont Arc. If you are trying to find the campsite to collect the keys note that it is at Casteljau which is about 4km from Berrias (they are separate places). You then follow Jean's car to the house about 1km away. He and his family are very nice. His English was better than our French. Would we stay there again? - yes. Suspect the area is a lot busier in the French school holidays but this would mean more of the local restaurants would be open. Overall a great place to stay and good value for money.

Nous apprécié la vue sur l'horizon, la piscine et le calme de l'endroit. La maison est très fonctionnelle (1 couple avec 4 enfants) et spacieuse, propre, moderne. Nous avons pu manger au restaurant le bel air (on y va à pieds) idem pour la baignade dans le Chassezac. Nous reviendrons incontestablement. Merci à Jean-Luc pour son accueil.

Superbe gite proche des gorges du Chassezac

Gite spacieux, propre, au calme, très bien situé. Lits faits à l'arrivée, lave vaisselle, lave linge. Grande piscine très agréable et bien orientée. Les gorges du Chassezac à proximité offrent des paysages magnifiques et des activités pour toute la famille. La descente des gorges en canoé à moins d'1 km du gite vaut vraiment le détour. Merci à Jean-Luc pour la randonnée avec toutes les explications sur la région, un hôte passionné par son environnement et très accueillant. Epicerie à proximité avec, entre autres, pain frais et viennoiserie pour le matin. Je recommande ce gite sans hésitation.

très beau gite , spacieux, agréable, lumineux, calme au milieu des vignes avec en plus une superbe piscine très agréable . L'endroit est vraiment bien situé, tout prés des gorges du Chassezac, de nombreuses randonnées à proximité ainsi que pour pour les amateurs de vélo route ou VTT. En plus, Jean Luc est très accueillant, soucieux de notre bien être et toujours disponible. Il connait parfaitement cet endroit et nous fait partager sa passion pour cette magnifique région Nous reviendrons certainement .

Très jolie maison, spacieuse (beaucoup plus que l'impression donnée par les photos), super équipée, terrasse et piscine plein Sud avec très jolie vue, propriétaire très disponible en cas de besoin et discret à la fois, à 500m de la rivière, d'une boulangerie, et des plus beaux coins d'Ardèche.
