Charming village house of 90 sqm quiet with open views, located in the heart of Provence Verte, in the village of La Celle (Var) famous for its vineyards and abbey (with hostel and gourmet restaurant of Alain Ducasse).
The geographical position of La Celle is ideal to discover the natural and heritage riches of Provence: the Sainte Baume massif, the Sainte Victoire, the Gorges du Verdon, the harbor of Toulon, the coastal path, the beaches of Hyères , Saint-Tropez, Bandol ...
The house, very bright, includes the ground floor: 1 laundry room with shower and toilet + 1 room dedicated to sports (stepper, elliptical trainer, floor mats). 1st floor: a fitted kitchen with dishwasher open to living / dining room and 1 small balcony. 2nd: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 and 2 other bedrooms with 1 bed 90 each, 1 bathroom with corner bath, double sink and toilet.
A few steps you will find: bakery, grocery, medical house, coffee / press / tobacco, free parking ...
Sheets and towels not provided. Non-smoker inside. No pets allowed. End of stay cleaning not included (option available on request 50 €). Possibility of weekend and short stay on request.
Deposit: 250 € (returned at the end of the stay if cleaning is done and in the absence of damage).
