Hyères is the southernmost city of Provence (and one of the sunniest), on the same parallel as Cap Corse and Florence in Italy.
The city and its peninsula offer 39 km of unpaved coastline made up of fine sandy beaches and wild rocky coves. Ideally located, the villa is 30 minutes from Saint-Tropez, 15 minutes from Toulon and 5 minutes from Hyères airport.
House 110 m2 air-conditioned, 6/7 people, very quiet residential area with panoramic sea view of the Hyères islands; facing south, on 2 levels, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, large living room, open plan kitchen. 8X4m swimming pool. Sunny or shaded terrace, with gas plancha, table, chairs and deckchairs. Leaning on the hill, 5 minutes from the beaches by car, 10 minutes from the city center on foot. Sporting or cultural activities: beach, diving, walks, visit to old Hyères, the Porquerolles islands, the Levant, etc.

Wir kommen gerne wieder in das schöne Haus mit dem unvergesslichen Ausblick
Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in dem Haus gehabt. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Es gibt Klimageräte, die man allerdings bei der guten Lüftung nicht braucht. Der Pool ist groß mit sauberem Wasser und last but not least, die Aussicht macht es einem schwer, das Haus verlassen zu wollen. Unser Vermieter Philippe spricht sehr gut Englisch und war sehr zuvorkommend, hat uns schon im Voraus alle Fragen ausführlich beantwortet und ist uns sehr entgegengekommen bei den check-in und check-out Zeiten. Alles im Allem, passt einfach alles und wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Die Stadt ist auch sehr nett und in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder
