The villa occupies a hillside site with glorious views across the island to the sea and has all modern amenities including central air-conditioning and individual climate air conditioning profile for each room. This Villa is a 3 bedrooms spacious Residence of 150 sq. m. that spreads in two levels. It is built near three of the most well know beaches in Lixouri area, Platia Ammos, Xi and Petani, and it is an airy home with relaxing atmosphere.
