Two-room duplex apartment of 26 m2 with sea view West exposure 50 meters from the beach in the town of Merville Franceville

This apartment is located on the 1st floor of a quiet and wooded residence
it consists of a living room with lounge (dining table, sofa bed (new) tv and storage, and a kitchen with 4 hotplates, two ovens including a microwave, 2 coffeemakers including a Senseo, boulloire, toaster .... and all the dishes for 4 people

Upstairs: a bathroom with bath and toilet
As well as a bedroom (mattress 140 * 190) with dresser and wardrobe

An umbrella bed and a baby chair are also available on request

This one also has a balcony with living room garden and barbecue for your lunches and diners facing the sea (sunshine all the afternoon)

Merville Franceville, a small seaside resort with all the amenities (supermarket restaurant, surf kit school), located between Cabourg and Ouistreham

Weekly rental only from Saturday to Saturday (in July / August)

Très bon accueil de Pascal avec cadeau de bienvenue fort sympathique ! Petit Logement propre et bien équipé en accès direct à la plage en moins d’une minute. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Super Kurzurlaub

Die Lage ist absolut top, das FeWo ist zwar sehr klein, hat uns aber nichts ausgemacht. Matratze und das Sofa sehr bequem. Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Wir wurden von Pascal sehr freundlich empfangen und er hat uns einige Tipps gegeben. Wir können das FeWo weiterempfehlen

Merveilleux

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour l'appartement est très propre et bien équipé, dans une résidence bien entretenue, à proximité de la plage qui accepte les chiens dans la partie non surveillée. La gentillesse de pascal qui nous a prodigué ses bon conseils pour visiter la région : cabourg, le port de dives sur mer, le port en bessin... à refaire sans hésiter.

Très bien !

Logement très fonctionnel et décoré avec soin. L'espace est optimisé. La location est vraiment tout proche de la plage, et proche des commerces également. Propriétaire attentionné et sympathique !
