Available for the WHOLE MONTH OF JULY - SUMMER 2023!!
Lovely four bedroom town house situated right up by the marina / bay in Margate, steps away from the best restaurants Margate has to offer!
Two decks, one from living area and the second from the stunning master bedroom.
Master has king size bed.
Bedroom one queen bed.
Bedroom two double bed.
Bedroom three double bunk bed with single trundle (sleep 5 kids).
WALK to beach, mini golf, playground, Lucy the Elephant, restaurants, etc.
The house overlooks the Tomatoe's parking lot, which was been turned into a pretty outdoor dining area which started the Summer of 2020. We understand it will be the same for 2023. Music is quite quiet and it shuts down at 10pm.
Minimum of four weeks, check in and check out on weekdays, can discuss this.

My husband and I were born and grew up in the UK, and moved to the States in 2007, where we had our three children.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with Margate and its charming feel. For us it is the best place on the New Jersey shore, as it has everything you could wish for. Safe for the children (and FUN with Congo Falls mini golf course and the new inflatable water park a short walk away and a playground on the next block). Beautiful restaurants and kayak rental and fishing trips round the corner for the adults. All that and an easy walk to the beach!
Although we live close to Philadelphia, we are always at our happiest and most relaxed at the beach house in Margate.
