Nice holidays in David’s location

David ‘s villa is quiet in the high hills of Nerja. Mid distance from Malaga and Granada. Good location to visit the region. Villa is fully equipped. David is a reactive and nice host.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa au calme de l'agitation de Nerja tout en étant proche des commodités et du centre. La villa est conforme aux descriptions avec tous les équipements pour passer un excellent séjour. Pour ceux qui comme nous souffrent du dos, nous tenons à préciser que la literie est de très bonne qualité, ce qui est rare en locatif. Nous aurons grand plaisir à y retourner lors de nos prochains séjours à Nerja.

We are Pat and David Martin and live in Hampshire, we acquired the villa in December 2014 and always enjoy our time there. The Villa is furnished to a high standard and its 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms comfortably accommodates 4, we have added a large sofa bed in the Lounge which will easily sleep another 2 adults but is ideal for kids. Nerja is a bustling town with many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Nerja is a busy town all year round but has managed to keep a real Spanish character and yet is still close enough to the hustle and bustle that surrounds the Malaga area.

Why they chose this property

Nerja is a great place for family holidays, its main beach is one of the best in Spain. The property is very private with great views over Nerja town and the Sea. Nerja town centre is within easy walking distance (30 mins to Balcon De Europe) with a host of restaurants and shops to suit all tastes. in addition to the main beach (Burriana) there are several smaller beaches all along the Nerja coast line.

What makes this property unique

Lovely well tended garden and great views, private, quiet and a real joy to be in. 2 patio areas for alfresco dinning and sunbathing, with built in BBQ and plenty of seating. Sun loungers available. Great views out over Nerja town to the Mediterranean Sea.
