Nonna Anna is situated in one of the oldest areas of Ravello, in “Lacco area”. It is an apartment restored the 2008 and reachable by a series of approximately 15 outdoor; widely graded steps, only a short walk from the characteristic Piazza Fontana and just 10 minutes walk (100 metres) from Ravello's square (700 metres) and shops are at 50/100 mt away.
Though once at the property the views will surely reward all visitors; The terrace and the arch windows panorama looks directly down across the sea!

The apartment is well equipped and is on 2 levels:
First level
A specious open plan kitchen complete of stove top, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle
A living/dining room with a terrace overlooking the sea, chimney and TV
A bedroom with a double bed;
A bedroom with a single bed
A bathroom with a Jacuzzi;
A terrace overlooking the sea, village of Minori, Maiori and the mountains; the terrace is furnished with table and chairs. The bedrooms and the living/dining give on to the same terrace

The second level is located getting down 15 steps from the dining area and is made up of:
A studio with a double sofa bed. (Please note: there is not the PC that is in the picture; internet is only possible in the living located on the first level and with its own laptop so make sure to have your computer
A bathroom with shower;
Bus stop, restaurants and cafés are all within a spectacular walk.
Parking not avalable in the property. It is possible to park in a garage at an extra cost

Extra costs to be paid locally, in cash and on arrival:
*Heating (if requested) on consumption
*City tax
A cot available at an extra cost and to be requested at the booking

Check in is from 17.00 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20:00 until 22:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; no arrivals will be accepted after 22.00. Those who arrive after 10.00pm will need to check at our office at 9.30 am the following day.
A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for Sunday and holidays arrivals

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.
At the departure the apt has be left tidy, with the kitchen clean and free from rubbish. Eventually, these conditions are not respected will be deducted from the deposit an amount corresponding to the hours of cleaning necessary to bring the property clean.

Animals as dogs or cats are welcome but could be requested an extra charge for the cleaning. It is strictly forbidden to let them get on the beds and sofas
