It includes one bedroom with a queen sized bed, a second bedroom with a comfortable twin sleeper sofa and TV, bathroom with bath tub and shower, washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen, dining room, living room with queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV, and many other amenities. In the backyard, a mature oak tree veils a private patio garden that includes a dining table and chaise lounge.

Great location! Walk to McKinley Park, one of Sacramento's premiere urban parks with a 1.5 acre rose garden, a beautiful newly restored children's play ground, duck pond, tennis courts, swimming pool, library and a walking/jogging trail. An array of activities such as yoga and other classes are offered on a regular basis

Several excellent restaurants nearby. Close to downtown Sacramento, the State Capitol, Sacramento State University, UC Davis Medical Center and Cal Expo...all with easy freeway access from the house
