Charming little house from the early 19th century recently restored with all comforts. On the ground floor, living room overlooking the kitchen, bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 2 90 x 190 beds, 1 bedroom with 1 140 x 190 bed.
2 gardens with terrace.
Portico for children.
Peace assured for this cottage located on the edge of the forest but also in the heart of the village.
Shops nearby.
In the historic lands of Touraine, only 30 km from Saumur, the jewel of neighboring Anjou.
You will be there near the historic highlights that make the reputation of the Loire Valley. The unforgettable Royal Abbey of Fontevrault, The Royal Fortress of Chinon and its old town. The castle of Rigny Usse which 'inspired Perrault for "Sleeping Beauty", also those of Azay le Rideau, Villandry and Langeais. A little further, those of Amboise, Blois and Chenonceau. Your stay in Touraine obviously cannot end without discovering the surrounding vineyards (Bourgueil, Saint Nicolas, Chinon, Saumur).
