Located at the end of a dead end, set back from the road, quiet while being close to the town center and the Langeais castle, we are happy to welcome you to the Petit Prieuré.
300m2 garden with terraces.
(exterior under renovation)

On the ground floor:
- fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer)
- living room with Rapido system sofa bed (comfort mattress 140*190), 110cm TV

Upstairs:
- spacious bedroom with 160*200 bed and dressing room
- shower room with toilet


By train, Langeais station is 1.4km away
By car, free parking less than 100m away and pedestrian or bicycle access to the house.


The house is at your disposal as well as the garden in summer.
The area being very quiet, we ask travelers to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.

Le Petit Prieuré

Location au top, nous avons apprécié le jardin au calme à deux pas du centre ville. La maison est très bien équipée, rien ne manque, la literie est très confortable et notre hôte nous a accueillis de façon charmante. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
