Located at the end of a dead end, set back from the road, quiet while being close to the town center and the Langeais castle, we are happy to welcome you to the Petit Prieuré.
300m2 garden with terraces.
(exterior under renovation)

On the ground floor:
- fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer)
- living room with Rapido system sofa bed (comfort mattress 140*190), 110cm TV

Upstairs:
- spacious bedroom with 160*200 bed and dressing room
- shower room with toilet


By train, Langeais station is 1.4km away
By car, free parking less than 100m away and pedestrian or bicycle access to the house.


The house is at your disposal as well as the garden in summer.
The area being very quiet, we ask travelers to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
The accommodation is non-smoking but the garden and the outdoor shelter are accessible.

Super sauber, extrem komfortabel, denn die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann: viele Ablagemöglichkeiten, Grundausstattung in Küche undBad, viel Geschirr und elektrische Geräte, toller Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Klimaanlage war bei der Hitze ein absolutes Plus!Langeais eignet sich super für Radtouren und Besichtigung verschiedene Schlösser. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Le petit prieuré d' Anne Sophie et Steve est un véritable cocon où on se sent bien dès avoir franchi la porte.Rien ne manque jusqu'au moindre détail, d'une propreté parfaite.Nous recommandons ce gîte sans réserve pour arpenter ce patrimoine de l'unesco qu'est le val de Loire.Pierre et Yolande

tout y est pour le confort d'un séjour estival, entre la situation proche de nombreux sites, un retour au prieuré calme, et où chacun a pu trouver soit un jeu, un siège accueillant pour lire, dans un jardin clos bien aménagé... La vie de château

Ce petit prieuré est au top, simple et cosy, nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire.Anne-Sophie et Steve nous ont en plus donné de très bons conseils pour découvrir la région. N'hésitez pas!

Le Petit Prieuré

Location au top, nous avons apprécié le jardin au calme à deux pas du centre ville. La maison est très bien équipée, rien ne manque, la literie est très confortable et notre hôte nous a accueillis de façon charmante. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
