The Villa is in an amazing location— with unbeatable views. It was perfect for three of us for a girls’ trip. Conveniently located to pretty much everything on BHI. Check-in was super easy, and communication with Edie and Katie was seamless. Can’t wait for our next trip!

We had a great time! Thank so much for the fun time. The golf carts were a blast and we bought the temporary membership at the BHI club next door which gave us access to pools and restaurants. The local market has everything we needed. We visited a different beach spot every day.What a relaxing vacation.

Bald Head Island is a hidden gem, and this villa made it unforgettable. Peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect escape from everything. No cars, stunning beaches, and a property that delivered on every front. Already planning a return trip. Highly recommend.

Amazing sunset views and nothing blocking the ocean. Our little dogs loved the grass in the yard, which is a rare commodity on BHI. Very short walk to BHI club for golf and dinners. Would definitely recommend for a small group or family. And the hosts had great communication!!! Thank you.

We just returned from a wonderful week on BHI and Villa 45 did not disappoint! We love the location and beautiful views from both decks. Most importantly, we were able to bring our dog with us who loves BHI as much as we do. We can't wait to return soon.

Wonderful Villa at BHI

We loved our stay at this Villa. The Villa was clean and nicely decorated. The location is great and we saw the sunset every evening from the outdoor porch. We had a great experience!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our week in Villa 45. It was ocean front with gorgeous views of South beach and right next to the BHI Club. The Villa was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped, I am a cook and enjoyed having almost everything I needed (except for a whisk). We were happy with the new golf carts and the beach towels found in the closet, and the beach chairs, we also made good use of the new grill outside. Our king bed was also very comfortable, and I like the bed cover and pillows. Overall we were very happy with the stay, and found the villa reasonably clean, but it is time for a serious deep clean. I know it is late in the season. It can also use some upgrading, the bottom kitchen cabinets are falling apart and the walls can use some touchups. The decor was nice overall but could use some tweaking, such as a new area rug. Our host Katie was very attentive and immediately came over to fix some minor problems. We will definitely rent again. Thank you for having us.

Stunning Sunsets!

The view of the beach and sunset from the porch was breathtaking! We cooked most meals so the kitchen was tight for our group but the comfortable beds and convenient location worked well for us
