Thank you for your feedback and we’re glad you found us welcoming.  To clarify, as soon as we were made aware of the possibility of construction noise at a private residence affecting your stay, you were notified. We did not receive any follow up questions or concerns from you before or during your stay. As a show of goodwill, we provided you with the option to cancel with a full refund and extended a nightly rate discount to help offset any potential inconvenience. During your stay, we checked in regularly and there was no mention of the noise impacting your stay. Had we known it was significantly impacting your experience, we would have gladly discussed options with you at the time including the possibility of relocating you to another available unit. In addition, all amenities are clearly listed and available as advertised.  While the construction at the private residence is outside of our control, we understand it can impact the experience and regret that it affected your stay. Guest comfort is a top priority which allows us to be a #1 rated specialty lodging in Belize. We always encourage guests to reach out right away so we can address concerns in real time.
