Lea’s carriage house was so beautiful and perfect for a getaway for my husband and I! Everything was walkable and the carriage house had everything we needed!!! One of the top places I’ve stayed down here and we will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was wonderful for our family for 4! Had everything you would need and was in an amazing location! Definitely go to Seagrove Village Market for dinner (make a reservation)! The beach gear and bikes made our trip even sweeter. The host was wonderful and very responsive!

Great spot! It was very clean and had everything we might need. Perfect for staying with young kids. There’s also a small walk in type closet in the main bedroom where a pack n play fits perfect. Overall, amazing location, hosts and place!

This place was awesome, A experience - We would rent again if we ever made it back to the area, the place was great, 5 minute walk to beach and 10 minute walk to town, we walked everywhere and it was so easy. Bikes also available but everything was so walkable. Super clean place with amazing touches, like the hand stitched quilt on the bedding. Highly recommend.

This was such a perfect little place, it had everything we needed for making a simple breakfast, beds were so comfy and location was great, we enjoyed walking to the center but had convenient bikes to ride as well. We felt very at home here, book this place you won’t be disappointed! I will be back again!

The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. Had everything we needed. The location was great. Quick and easy walk to the beach. Included beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and beach towels. It also includes bikes which were great for riding around and going to nice areas like Seaside and WaterColor. We would definitely come back!

Weekend getaway

Stayed here for a weekend trip with friends and loved it! Awesome location in a great neighborhood within walking distance to beach and seaside town center. The carriage house had everything we needed for our stay.

The BEST for families!

We have stayed with Lea twice and each time has been so wonderful. The space is perfect for families with kids and is close to the beach. She is the most wonderful host and makes us feel welcome each time!

Beautiful and great location

We loved our stay! The property had everything we needed to enjoy our beach trip, including beach chairs and bikes, nice kitchen for simple meals/heating up food, and cozy beds. The location was a very short walk to the beach - 5 minutes - through a quiet neighborhood. The closest beaches were beautiful and not as crowded as the surrounding beaches. I would definitely stay here again!

Great girls getaway!

Wonderful experience and location

Lovely apartment. Perfect location with the beach being a short walk down the street. Really enjoyed the bicycles that we had access to. Extremely happy with our overall stay. Lea was responsive and helpful with directions to different places.

This is the most charming carriage house in Seagrove! We had such a wonderful time there—great location for easy access to Seaside, Watercolor and all of Seagrove. The finishes and detail in this unit are beautiful.
