You will appreciate this pretty little house located in the immediate vicinity of the Port du Crouesty.
Exceptional and unobstructed view of the harbor entrance.
Very close to the beach, the sailing school, the Thalassotherapy institute or the equestrian center
Close to shops (bars, restaurants ...) or the supermarket.
Summer events, local markets…

Comfortable house, 50 m2, consisting of a living room with kitchen area, a bathroom, a shower room, 2 toilets, 3 bedrooms (1 with a 140 cm bed, another with a bunk bed and the last with 1 single bed). Outside, a patio and a terrace facing the sea.
Equipment: Washing machine / dryer, dishwasher, microwave, mini oven, induction hob - fridge with freezer - Sensé coffee maker - TV - Wi-Fi - Barbecue - garden furniture - 1 private parking -
We rent our house to accommodate a maximum of 5 people.
