The loft room includes a comfortable Queen bed, closet and en-suite bath as well. All top-quality bedding and linens to ensure a 5-star hotel quality experience. Much Needed Getaway

I enjoyed the location. Easy walk to beach club and Seaside. I did feel there was a need for replacement of the toilet and repairs made to paint peeling from vanity.

Condo in Watercolor on beach side of 30A and close to beach club

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great quiet location very close to the Beach Club in Watercolor. Living area is newly renovated, but kitchen and bath are still dated and in some disrepair. Sleeps 4 but only bikes for two. Overall, a great condo for a small family and can not beat the location.

What a Great Week!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very pleased with Unit # 303. Easy access using the elevator to the 3rd level or a quick run up/down the stairs. Quiet and relaxing. The HVAC system worked flawlessly. Watercolor Resort is spectacular! Easy walking distance to food, shopping, and entertainment. A short drive to anything else you might want to do. The beach is breath taking, the water Azure Blue. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The Beach Happy Café has great breakfast wraps, an assortment of locally made pastries and delicious coffee. I imagine it gets crazy busy "in season" but our shoulder month stay was absolutely the best. We will definitely be back!

Spring break 2023

This property is in a great location, the Beach Club is literally in your backyard! Parts of the condo are very nice, while others are dated. We had a couple of maintenance issues, the staff responded immediately and addressed the problems! The maintenance crew was very attentive and friendly. We would stay there again because of the location.
