Clean & Newly Renovated Carriage House. 1 blk to Camp Watercolor. Perfect for 2!

Newly renovated Carriage House one king bed (brand new Casper mattress), full kitchen and private bath. One block from Camp Watercolor Pool. Includes 2 bikes and 1 parking spot as well as all the Watercolor amenities. We are located very close to Seaside (short walk to tennis court cut-through to Seaside) , Watercolor & Grayton shops and restaurants. Come be our guest at C’est Sea Bon!

This carriage house has TV, cable and Wi-Fi. Two bikes provided for easy commuting around the area or biking the 19 mile bike trail along 30A.

Wristbands for all the community amenities are included in the amenity fee. These amenities include:

- Newly constructed beach club with multiple dining options, three swimming pools and beach access with a beach bar. The Beach Club pool options include an adult-only pool.

- Camp Watercolor including a kids' zero-entry pool, large slide, lazy river, full bar, and Canteen (snack bar/lunch options), playground, basketball court and sports field.

-Three additional pools located within the community.

- Multiple docks accessing Western Lake, a rare coastal dune lake, with kayaks and paddle boards for rent.

- Expansive trail system meandering through the community and along the lake.

- Outstanding tennis facility which include Har-Tru HydroCourts, Pickleball courts and Pro shop offering drills, lessons and court time for an additional fee.

This was such a cute space! Definitely for one or two people but with all the amenities of a larger space. It is a 2 minute walk to Camp Watercolor and near the trolley for easy access to all Watercolor activities.

We really enjoyed staying at the carriage house, it was perfect for the two of us! It's beautiful inside and out, with access to the wonderful amenities of the Watercolor community. We would love to stay here again!

We had the best stay in this beautiful carriage house. The communication with the owner was wonderful and the home was exactly like it was described. The neighborhood is precious and we loved our time at the beach club and on the beach. We can’t wait to return!

Lovely Property and Location

Property was perfect for a quick birthday getaway with my husband. Easy location to bike to anything you may need and the amenities! Great communications with owners, and they went over and beyond with a few personalized touches upon arrival! We can’t wait to return.

This was the perfect carriage house for my husband and my ani getaway! It’s the best vacation rental I have ever been to and it’s because of the great pride the owners put into the experience. From the welcome note, to the snacks, to the top of the line cleanliness… I couldn’t have dreamed of anything better.

Listing is exactly as advertised and Pam and Jim could NOT have been more helpful. Watercolor is perfect location for anything you want to do on 30A and the beach club is awesome! Would absolutely recommend booking this carriage house! We’ll be back for sure!!

Amazing. Can't beat it.

A perfect location. Steps away from Camp Watercolor and inclusive of all of the Watercolor amenities. Quiet, clean, comfortable, and Pam was an excellent host. We stayed here during Spring break and didn't want to leave! I can go on and on, but the point is, if you're on the fence about where to stay in Seaside/Watercolor, go ahead and pick Pam's place...you won't be disappointed!

Photos don’t do this beautiful, cozy, & primely located retreat justice!

We’ve been vacationing in the Watersound & Watercolor areas for about 10 years, and this was by far our best experience with a rental yet. The place is meticulously clean, and every detail is thought of. Jim & Pam were the kindest couple and took care of our every need; truly perfect hosts! We can’t wait to return and would 10 out of 10 recommend this rental.

Absolutely perfect

This was the perfect place for me and my daughter. The location is fantastic! Close to camp water color and a shuttle or bike ride away to the beach. Beach takes about 10 min on their bikes. Seaside is about a 12 min bike ride. The place was super clean and the owners were awesome and very responsive. They made things so accommodating!

Wonderful Getaway

We had a quick 3 day getaway and had a very enjoyable stay! Jim and Pam welcomed us and were available if we needed anything (but very unobtrusive) The bikes provided were perfect and the location great for riding. Welcome basket with wine and snacks was much appreciated and some bottled water in refrigerator! Very nicely decorated and extremely clean! The cute apartment had everything the two of us needed! We had some wonderful meals and even used the “Goober” - golf cart Uber to go to the Red Bar at Grayton Beach . Great option for getting around if you don’t want to fight parking (which can be scarce). We didn’t use any pools but they are very close - just a short block away. Highly recommend Pam and Jim’s cute apartment for a quick stay and would be super comfortable for week or more !
