Casa Azul is a beautiful beach house located in the heart of Frangista Beach. This stunning five-bedroom sleeps up to 18 guests, which makes this vacation home the perfect place to stay on your next beach trip. Frangista Beach is a charming neighborhood located within Miramar Beach that dates back to the early 1900s. This centrally located community is close to Old 98, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Pompano Joe's Seafood House, and more. Guests at Casa Azul have access to all the incredible local attractions in the area and only have to walk four minutes to reach the beach. Additionally, Casa Azul includes a golf cart that allows for even easier access around Frangista Beach.

Inside this stunning beach house, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing stay. Each room in the home is decorated in coastal chic decor with beautiful accents. The first floor features an open floor plan that includes a gourmet kitchen, living room, and dining area that leads out to the pool deck. The kitchen is a chef's paradise featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar seating four, and a Cuisinart coffee maker. The living room has beachy decor, a large sectional, two large armchairs, and a flatscreen TV. The dining area features a formal dining table that seats six and leads out to the luxurious pool deck.

The first floor of Casa Azul also hosts the first two bedrooms in the home. The first bedroom features a queen bed, flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a single sink vanity, toilet, and a shared combo shower/tub with the second bedroom. The second bedroom also has its own single sink vanity and toilet that leads into the shared combo shower/tub. In addition, the second bedroom features one set of custom full/full bunk beds, one set of custom twin/twin bunk beds, a window seat, flatscreen TV, and nautical decor.

Upstairs, guests have access to the media den and remaining three bedrooms. The media den features a sleeper sofa, a flatscreen TV, and a balcony access. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is another great room for kids as it features one set of custom full/full bunks, one set of custom twin/twin bunks, flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a combo shower/tub.
