Terrace of 5m². Ideally located 200m from the train station, 300m from the beach, 400m from the CC and 100m from the city centre. Private and secure parking. 5 people.

OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen set: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover set: €20/bed (1 flat sheet and 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person
- Household: 80€ P3 (Free of pet hair)

Two deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for flat, 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment.
The handing over of keys is done in our real estate agency.
