NEWLY RENOVATED. This Frisco home is great for friends and family get togethers! Beautiful swimming pool ($90/day to heat) hot tub (free to heat), outdoor dining. Four beds sleeps 8. Television in all bedrooms. All the modern amenities such as cable TV, high speed WiFi. Located close to the unique downtown Frisco area, Frisco Rail Yard and a close drive to the North Dallas Tollway. Very close to many restaurants and grocery stores. There is a Walmart SuperCenter less than a mile. Short drive to Toyota Stadium. Frisco Commons Park a block away. NO Parties. Propane and charcoal grills available as a courtesy. Propane provided but charcoal and other supplies must be obtained yourself. You may have to clean the grills before use.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Perfect place for my 4 kids and to stay while we were in town for a Copa America soccer game. Close to everything, pool and spa were amazing, owner was very responsive to inquiries, and it is in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Nice neighborhood close to Toyota Stadium

We were in town for FCS National football championship and wanted to be close to Toyota Stadium. Very easy to get to places we wanted to go. Enjoyed the hot tub and game room!

Girls weekend

We had a great time! The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and supplies. We all enjoyed the pool and the directions to the house were easy to follow. We felt safe in the neighborhood and were close to the farmers market and Pete’s Piano bar. Very nice!

Family friendly

This was a perfect place for us to meet our adult children and spouses for a holiday get together. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping and close to my mom who lives in Prosper. The game room and spa were a bonus. Stephen was great to work with and responded to questions immediately. It was too cold for the pool at Christmas time, but it looked beautiful.

Didn't want to leave

I cannot say enough good things about this home. There were 6 of us who stayed there. Just trying to get creative about safe ways to be with friends during the virus. The home was PERFECT! So clean, enough space, lots of entertainment (with the game room and pool/jacuzzi), and a fully stocked kitchen. All of the beds were SO comfortable! There were plenty of towels to use, The pool and jacuzzi were AMAZING. We took a projector and had football watch in the jacuzzi. The water was clear and clean. Such a huge back yard with plenty of space for yard games. Also, Stephen was so kind, patient and responsive!!! I asked tons of questions (the educator in me) and he always responded in detail, and within like 15 min! He's so flexible and ready to please. I will DEFINITELY be recommending this property to others, and pushing to stay there again with my friends and family. Thank you, Stephen!

Wonderful Home Away From Home

Our family gathered here for a family wedding in McKinney. The house was very comfortable, and the backyard area with a pool, hot tub, tables and chairs, gazebo with swing, and grill was a perfect gathering space. Sunroom was a fun addition too with game tables. The pretty kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and kitchen gadgets so we cooked and ate all meals there. There was an abundance of pool towels, towels, pillows and bedding, plus a newer washer and dryer which was helpful. Owner was quick to respond to any question we had, and house was ready and clean when we arrived. We will come back again.

Awesome property! Quiet neighbirhood. Loved the location (large park nearby), backyard spa and swimming pool. Plenty of comfortable seating and shade provided. Kitchen fully equipped. Property manager very responsive. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great property for relaxing in Frisco

We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces of this property including the pool and spa. The home was quiet and conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. We appreciated the coffee making options and all the cookware for home-cooked meals. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the linens and towels were plentiful and of high quality. The check in process was smooth and we had no issues that required contacting the property owner during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
