About this property

In the Final Hills, ideal for bikers and climbers. Paradise 20 min. from the sea.

The house was renovated in 2014. General: free internet access, parking, bicycle shelter.
LIVING ROOM: Sofa bed 140x190.
Use of kitchen.
For meals table 80 x 80, plus opening table 80 x 160. Outdoor table on the terrace 80 x 80.
BATHROOM: 1 bathroom, toilet, shower 70 x 70, bidet, washing machine, hairdryer, 80 l boiler.
BEDROOM: double bed (2 single beds). The beds have wheels and can be arranged individually or as shown in the photos and brought together as a double bed. Three-door wardrobe, secretary.
Hallway: loft sofa bed 80 x 190 (possibility of adding a 6 bed). On request baby bed. Table
Entertainment: satellite TV, radio, DVD player. Outside: terrace 3 x 3 m, with table 4 chairs.
Linen on request, sheets, towels (5 euros per person). There are tablecloth and dish towels.
Air conditioning is not present because it refreshes a lot in the evening (height 250 m above sea level).
Prices are intended for 2 people. Children under 3 years free. (The person alone will pay the full basic fee)
Cleaning is included in the price. Contribution 10 euros per week in the presence of animals.
There is a cost for the consumption of electricity of 0.34 cents per kilowatt for periods longer than a week.
Heating is with pellet stove, price per bag of 15 kg of euro 5.
The accommodation can accommodate 5 people (space for a 6th person if necessary)
Eligibility: children allowed. Smoking area on the terrace. Not suitable for wheelchairs.
Small pets are welcome and welcome. Jeannie lives in the house, a 4-year-old (sterilized) nice and sociable dog, various neighborhood cats and some chickens that are often left free.
It is not possible to smoke inside, but comfortably on the terrace.
The garden is private. The area is very quiet and enjoys a unique peace, respect for these qualities is welcome.
There is also another 4-bed room, also newly renovated, with bathroom on the first floor. Photos available on request.

Toller Urlaub

Tolle Ferienwohnung! Super Lage, ruhige Umgebung. In der Nähe ist eine kleine wasserstelle in den Bergen mit einem Wasserfall, sehr erfrischend und schön zum Entspannen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in finale. Die Gastgeberin ist super lieb. Wir werden wiederkommen!!!!

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Terrasse ist toll, besonders zum Frühstücken. Und Patricia ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Leuke kleine accomodatie

Heel leuk compact appartement in de bergen achter Finale Ligure. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaresse. Rustig gelegen voor wandelingen en toch dicht bij zee en de restaurantjes. Zou ik zo weer heen gaan!

beautiful holiday flat in the ligurian mountains

The flat offers everything you need for a short holiday. It is located just under 12 km from Finale. It is run by a very friendly hostess who is very concerned about the well-being of her guests. For the approach, the narrow mountain roads of the last 3km have to be taken into account. The access to the site is also not to be underestimated (narrow and quite steep). You should not have a vehicle with a low chassis. Nevertheless, a good choice if you want to have a little bathing or active holiday and still want to live a little more quietly.

Séjour parfait!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, grimpe, baignade, pizza et glaces! L'appartement est parfaitement équipé e très bien situé si vous cherchez du calme et de la nature, il est également proche de Calice pour le necessaire et de Finalborgo. Patrizia est une super hôte, très gentille et pleine de bons conseils. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les discussion avec elle et Jeannie!!

URLAUB IN RIALTO

Wir wurden von Patrizia und Jeannie sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und in einer sehr natur nahen u. ruhigen Lage. Wir haben mit unseren Fahrrädern tolle Ausflüge ans Meer und in die Berge gemacht. Vielen Dank an Patrizia für die netten Gespräche und ihre guten Tipps.

Seele baumeln lassen und dowhillbiken

Wir haben uns bei Patricia wie Zuhause gefühlt und haben eine Freundin ihn ihr gefunden. Dies war ein aussgewöhnlich schöner Urlaub. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Natur. Wir hatten die Wohnung mit Balkon. Für 2 Personen ist sie geräumig, super sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet , sogar scharfe Messer gibt es. Die trails sind nicht direkt vorm Haus. Mit dem Auto fährt man 20 min zur nato base und 20 min zum rollercoaster. Man kann auch mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Zum Einstieg rollercoaster 1h15 über die collarina rauf. Mit dem bike kann man theoretisch auch zum Shuttle nach Finale fahren. Das geht hin zu schön bergab. Fahrradtouren Wandertouren starten vor der Haustür. Einkaufen Eis essen usw. circa 5 min mit Auto oder bike entfernt.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in idyllischer Lage mit super netter Vermieterin

Alles bestens, jeder der in der Region Finale Ligure Urlaub machen mochte, ist diese Wohnung ans Herz zu legen. Kleiner Hinweis: Man sollte über ein kraftvolles Auto verfügen, um zum Parkplatz der Wohnung zu gelangen. Es geht sehr sehr steil bergab/bergauf auf Teer/Kies. Tiefergelegte Autos werden Schwierigkeiten bekommen. Dann muss in der Nähe vom Rathaus geparkt werden.

Beste Lage um zu radeln!

Patrizias Wohnung ist schnuckelig und gemütlich!S chon auf knapp 300 HM perfekt um mit eigener Kraft die beliebten trails DIN, Rollercoaster oder die NATO Base zu erreichen! Wunderbar herzliche Vermieterin!!!! Bestimmt nicht das letzte mal dass wir dort die Abende und Nächte nach dem Tagesausflug genießen werden!

Zurück zur Natur

Wir haben hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend ,freundlich und hat immer ein Ohr offen für Fragen.Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Das Haus selber ist sehr schön in der Natur gelegen.Ideal für Wanderer, Mountain Biker oder für Urlauber die einfach nur entspannen wollen. Auch zu erwähnen sind die süßen Haustiere der Gastgeberin. Und die Glühwürmchen in der Nacht!!!! Noch ein kleiner Tip: Die Eisdiele und eine Pizza in der Picollo Bar in Calice Ligure sind unbedingt empfehlenswert. Wir werden definitiv wieder dort Urlaub machen!!!

ottimo

Ottimo soggiorno, seppur breve, nell’appartamentino di Patrizia, padrona di casa simpatica, disponibile e premurosa (al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare due belle bottiglie di acqua fresca nel frigorifero: un toccasana dopo un viaggio sotto il sole…). L’appartamento è arredato con gusto, pulito e curato nei più piccoli particolari; il contesto montano meraviglioso e tranquillo. Grazie di tutto Patrizia!
