The cozy bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a bunk bed for your children.
The living room, the heart of the home, has a fully equipped kitchenette and a spacious double sofa bed, perfect for relaxing family moments.
The modern bathroom includes a shower.
Balcony: perfect for enjoying a drink or relaxing in the fresh air.

We have several superior apartments for up to 6 people.

However, all apartments have the same size and layout, with a double bed, bunk bed, sofa bed in the living room, and the same level of comfort.

Ich und meine Frau waren drei Monate im Winter wir haben es richtig genossen,Mario ist der netteste Gastgeber denn ich kenne er hat uns geholfen wo er nur konnte die Wohnung sehr Sauber sehr Schön WLAN super funktioniert haben unseren Fernseher von zu Hause mitgenommen und übers Internet Fern geschaut.Pietra Ligure ein wunderschöner Ort viele Ausfllugsmöglichkeiten komme seit fast 30jahre in Ligurien alles in allem wunderschön immer wieder Mario und seiner Familie wünsche ich und meine Frau alles gute vor allem in dieser schrecklichen Zeit Danke nochmals für alles.Beste Empfehlung Nikolić

Einfache Wohnung in Wohnanlage

Die Wohnung ist sehr einfach ausgestattet, hat aber alles was man für ein paar Tage benötigt. Parken ist in der Anlage möglich, große Autos sind dort wie auch in der gesamten Gegend eher von Nachteil. Pool und Spielplatz fand unsere 6-jährige super. WLAN ist nicht zu gebrauchen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer (1 Doppelbett und 1 Stockbett) und Küche mit Sofa/Schlafsofa. Für ein Paar (mit evtl max. 2 Kindern) ist die Wohnung von der Größe ideal. Für mehr allerdings zu eng. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist neu und alles sehr sauber. Parkmöglichkeiten sind auch genügend vorhanden. Mario ist ein super Gastgeber. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Tranquillo e rilassante !!!!

Persone molto cordiali e simpatiche. Ambiente pulito e tranquillo soprattutto la piscina e' l'ideale per chi si vuole veramente rilassare ... Anche l'appartamento e' incantevole e pulito ... È veramente bello, credo proprio che un altro anno ci torneremo sicuramente!!!
