NEW LISTING Ocean Front 1 Bedroom - New Decks and Pool Access

Our newly renovated one bedroom ocean front Villa in the K Building is ideal for those looking for a quiet relaxing beach getaway. Our villa is situated between two pools and across the street from the Beach and Racquet club which offers another pool, fitness center, tennis, and basketball courts. Bed and bath linens are including with our unit.

Open the front door and be captivated with a breathtaking ocean view. The kitchen, dining, and living room all offer views of the beach and ocean on Harbor Island. Our newly renovated back deck has seating to enjoy coffee and refreshments while enjoying the ocean breeze all hours of the day.

Enjoy the quiet island with varied wildlife including egrets, pelicans, and the occasional deer. Harbor Island is a bird sanctuary and our Villa is great to watch the various birds migrate along the coastline.

The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

** Please note there is enough parking for up to 2 vehicles at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned for Cedar Reef Villas **
Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.

Harbor island haven

A simple, no frills condo with all the necessary amenities for a great getaway. Close access to both beach and pool. Ground floor so easy entrance. And the view is fantastic!

complex is right off the sound with great wildlife viewing. perfect for swimming with small kids. state park is close by with trails and beaches.

Exceeded Our Expectations

Our stay was wonderful, from the room to the surrounding area. The atmosphere was peaceful, with a lovely ocean view from our first-floor room. The area was uncrowded, and the people we met, mostly families, were pleasant, creating a safe and relaxed environment. I have no complaints, but if I were to be nitpicky, I’d suggest upgrading the TV to a smart TV so we could cast from our tablets to watch movies at night—though we rarely did this. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient, and the queen-size bed made it easy for my wife and me to cuddle. Thank you for an excellent stay!

March Get Away

This is our 2nd year staying at this first floor condo just a short walk to the beach and close to Hunting Island State Park. Everything you need is here. Enjoy your stay!

Very nice villa. Clean and comfortable. The beach is a short walk. The staff at Tide Watch are very professional and easy to work with. We really enjoyed ourselves.

We love this little place. It’s clean and in the perfect location to the beach with a breathtaking sunrise view over the ocean. The only negative thing was the the couch had some significant mileage put on her since last year. It should really be replaced.

First time to that area. Nice unit. We moistly were there to bike the state park nearby. The entire barrier island is mostly this development.

The property was nice and clean. We utilized the pull out couch bed and it was nicer than ours at home. The pools were close by and clean. The walk to the beach was shorter than appeared in the online pictures which was nice. The space was perfect for our family. My only negative was there were no hangers to use, but that was minor.

Excellent Couples Getaway

This was a perfect location for our couples getaway. Everything you need is right at hand. I enjoyed walking around the property and seeing all the beautiful homes and wildlife. We will surely return here. It may be a good idea to explain some of the amenities that are included. I did not find out about the Turtle's Nest until the last evening.

We had such a wonderful time, The only down was those in unit above us or over one upstairs was smoking pot. The smell makes me sick, but that isn’t something you could control.

the stay was very nice, but do not Rent to people who Have Childern because the after two great day of people who rented the Condo over us they had a one child who run in in the condo the rest of our stay, but i didnt say anything to them i guess i was like that but mother would make us stop if we didnt she would get our butt.

Family of Four First Visit to Harbor Island

This was our first visit to Harbor Island! When my husband and I started looking last spring for locations for a summer family vacation (two teenagers) we knew we did not want the hustle and bustle of a “normal” beach vacation spot. I am not sure how we found Harbor Island but it showed up and looked beautiful and peaceful! Harbor Island did not disappoint at all! Tide Watch was great to work with. When our car when into the shop and they needed the information for the parking pass, I explained that I wasn’t sure if I would have it in time, they told me to keep them posted and to let them know as soon as I knew what vehicle we would be driving. We even rented beach chairs and an umbrella for $10.00 each from Tide Watch because the condo did not have them. The check in and out process was super easy and simple! The condo had wonderful views and was just steps from the beach. It was also very clean! It was great to have a washer and dryer along with detergent and dryer sheets! This condo really was perfect for our family of four! We spent every day……all day at the beach! A few things I wish the condo did have available were hangers. I just made space in the linen closet and gave kid a shelve!! Both my husband and I did get hot while we were sleeping each night so maybe ceiling fan in the bedroom or just a having a fan available! Of course, our stay was the first week of July and it was HOT!! One other thing since we did cook a lot and use the kitchen, it would have nice

Quiet getaway on the Sound

This is a beautifully clean, quiet, and enjoyable property. We were entranced by the bird sanctuary about a quarter mile down the beach. Every morning we got up to walk to the beach to see the sunrise. Take a right at the beach and walk a few hundred yards, and you are in the middle of groups of birds that flock to the sanctuary for rest and breeding. There are many sea turtle nests as well. The only major complaint we had was that the bed in this unit is starting to sag. We were not very comfortable. It is time to replace the bed, and since this is a one bedroom unit ideal for couples, we think it would be best to replace the bed with a king size bed instead of queen, do away with the box springs and put it on a frame that will not sag. Another concern was that I do not think it was made clear on the website that the development is on the SOUND, and not on the ocean. There are literally no waves. We enjoy body surfing and playing in the waves, so we missed that. We were able to visit the state park down the road, which was on the ocean, and go to the beach there while visiting the park. Of course it would be perfect for families with young children that do not want to have to worry as much about rip currents. Overall, this was a wonderful getaway. We know there is nothing you can do about the location on the sound, and some might prefer that. (we actually regretted not renting a kayak to play in the Sound) If the bed issue is addressed it would be perfect.

We had the best relaxing time ever! The house was clean and had everything we needed. We just bought food and drinks and everything else was supplied including beach chairs and a few floaties, coffee and even hydroflaxs which I thought was was nice little touch to have iced drinks at the beach. The freezer had enough ice to fill our little cooler each day. The sheets and towel’s were clean and high quality. Could’ve used some fabric softener probably because they were newer, but that is my only “complaint.” The bed was also soft and comfortable. There was just nothing shady about it at all. It was just a short walk to the beach where we spent all day. And it was close enough to run to the bathroom and be back in a few minutes. It wasn’t crowded at all even though it was the middle of July. The beach was clean and the drastic change in the tide made it interesting and fun to explore. Google the tide times The deck was really nice to spend the evening on. Although it was blazing in the morning. So drinks in the evening, yes, coffee in the morning… nooo. Not in the summer anyway. We didn’t use it, but the pool looked clean and well kept. The property management was nice, helpful & easy to get a hold of. There’s a restaurant about a quarter mile to the left of the property gate, Johnson’s Bar&Grill, that had good food and nice service. It’s an old place, very laid back and just a nice comfortable place to be after a long day in the sun. I can’t wait to go back!

1st Visit to Harbor Island

This condo was perfect for our weekend visit to Harbor Island. The unit was clean, well equipped and easy access to the beach and pool. Tidewatch Vacations was easy to deal with and we will definitely work with them when planning our next visit. Cedar Reef is close to the beach club and shop as well. A great community and a relaxing trip.

Weekend Get Away

Just what we needed! Short weekend get away. The management company was super easy to work with and directions were on point Nice ocean view from the condo. I enjoyed sitting on the coach watching the view. Unfortunately the weekend we were there the wind was strong and porch sitting was not in the cards. Loved the quiet beach and how walkable the whole thing was. The condo had what we needed for a short weekend .
