Übergabe war nicht organisiert, als ob sie uns nicht erwartet hätten.

Unter Sauberkeit versteht jeder etwas Anderes. Zudem konnte die Terrasse nicht benutzt werden, weil es aus dem Abfluss (WC, Küche etc.)stank. Er war voll und die offene Leitung nur schwach abgedeckt. Bei der Abgabe war das für die verantwortliche Person auch klar.

Ce fournil rénové est très sympa, fonctionnel, au calme et à 2 pas des commerces, de la forêt... Une petite boulangerie au coin de la venelle... La literie est excellente ! Bon accueil.

Un gite en devenir

Très bien situé, au calme et à quelques dizaines de mètres du centre de la ville, proche de circuits de randonnée. Bien pensé en terme de décoration, correctement équipé, bonne literie. Avec un environnement très appréciable (les Monts d'Arrée et la forêt de Huelgoat). Par rapport à l'annonce, quelques bémols : en plus du petit lit, il ne s'agit pas d'un grand lit, mais de 2 lits de 0.90 m qui ont été rapprochés. Difficile de trouver les draps correspondants... Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de la télévision du fait d'un problème d'antenne. Nous n'avions de plus ni Wifi, ni radio (certes, non mentionnés). La propriétaire a accepté de faire un petit geste commercial, suite à notre sollicitation. Un second gîte étant en cours de rénovation sur ce même terrain, l'impression générale est d'être dans un chantier inachevé : Le portail d'entrée est dégondé et ne peut s'ouvrir ni se fermer correctement, la trappe d'accès (probablement au tout à l'égout) est trop haute pour permettre l'entrée d'une voiture dans la propriété, De plus, le terrain n'est ni sécurisé (hauteur du mur par rapport à la venelle), ni clôturé. Pour accéder au parking de la Mairie, il faut passer au travers des ronces et passer entre les collecteurs de déchets. Nous avons malgré tout passé un très bon séjour, tellement la localité et la région sont belles et bien situées. Nous espérons qu'à l'issue des travaux, bien de tous ces inconvénients seront résolus et que toutes les petites malfaçons existantes (velux bloqué dans la salle de bain, placard bloqué dans la cuisine, ....) ne seront que des vieux souvenirs.

Disfonctionnement

En arrivant sur place nous avons constaté que la porte était cassée et ce depuis le mois de juin. En faisant l'état des lieux à l'arrivée, nous avons constaté également qu'il n'y avait pas de chauffage dans la pièce principale, que celui de la chambre était monté à l'envers ( haut en bas donc impossible de régler la température car le thermostat était inaccessible), qu'une fenêtre ne fermait pas , que la cafetière ne correspondait au descriptif et enfin que le sèche cheveux annoncé était absent. Tout ceci est fort dommage car le logement est très bien situé et agréable

Perfect for Huelgoat & Mont D'Arree

We were the first to use this Gite. Its position in the centre of Huelgoat right by the bars and restaurants is perfect yet it is very quite, just the Swifts flying past the window. Being the first there were a few niggles, an oven that could not be used and a leak from the shower. Although we were there early June the weather was awful, wet and cold which showed up the lack of heating to the ground floor. This was quickly rectified by the owner with a temporary heater. The hot water could also do with a boost. I have been assured by the owner that these items would be attended too and hopefully future renters should not suffer. The Gite would also benefit from a DVD player to wile away those wet nights and WI-FI would also help, both fixes that may appear for next year. Overal a great place.
