Übergabe war nicht organisiert, als ob sie uns nicht erwartet hĂ€tten.

Unter Sauberkeit versteht jeder etwas Anderes. Zudem konnte die Terrasse nicht benutzt werden, weil es aus dem Abfluss (WC, KĂŒche etc.)stank. Er war voll und die offene Leitung nur schwach abgedeckt. Bei der Abgabe war das fĂŒr die verantwortliche Person auch klar.

Ce fournil rĂ©novĂ© est trĂšs sympa, fonctionnel, au calme et Ă  2 pas des commerces, de la forĂȘt... Une petite boulangerie au coin de la venelle... La literie est excellente ! Bon accueil.

Un gite en devenir

TrĂšs bien situĂ©, au calme et Ă  quelques dizaines de mĂštres du centre de la ville, proche de circuits de randonnĂ©e. Bien pensĂ© en terme de dĂ©coration, correctement Ă©quipĂ©, bonne literie. Avec un environnement trĂšs apprĂ©ciable (les Monts d'ArrĂ©e et la forĂȘt de Huelgoat). Par rapport Ă  l'annonce, quelques bĂ©mols : en plus du petit lit, il ne s'agit pas d'un grand lit, mais de 2 lits de 0.90 m qui ont Ă©tĂ© rapprochĂ©s. Difficile de trouver les draps correspondants... Nous n'avons pas pu bĂ©nĂ©ficier de la tĂ©lĂ©vision du fait d'un problĂšme d'antenne. Nous n'avions de plus ni Wifi, ni radio (certes, non mentionnĂ©s). La propriĂ©taire a acceptĂ© de faire un petit geste commercial, suite Ă  notre sollicitation. Un second gĂźte Ă©tant en cours de rĂ©novation sur ce mĂȘme terrain, l'impression gĂ©nĂ©rale est d'ĂȘtre dans un chantier inachevĂ© : Le portail d'entrĂ©e est dĂ©gondĂ© et ne peut s'ouvrir ni se fermer correctement, la trappe d'accĂšs (probablement au tout Ă  l'Ă©gout) est trop haute pour permettre l'entrĂ©e d'une voiture dans la propriĂ©tĂ©, De plus, le terrain n'est ni sĂ©curisĂ© (hauteur du mur par rapport Ă  la venelle), ni clĂŽturĂ©. Pour accĂ©der au parking de la Mairie, il faut passer au travers des ronces et passer entre les collecteurs de dĂ©chets. Nous avons malgrĂ© tout passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour, tellement la localitĂ© et la rĂ©gion sont belles et bien situĂ©es. Nous espĂ©rons qu'Ă  l'issue des travaux, bien de tous ces inconvĂ©nients seront rĂ©solus et que toutes les petites malfaçons existantes (velux bloquĂ© dans la salle de bain, placard bloquĂ© dans la cuisine, ....) ne seront que des vieux souvenirs.

Disfonctionnement

En arrivant sur place nous avons constatĂ© que la porte Ă©tait cassĂ©e et ce depuis le mois de juin. En faisant l'Ă©tat des lieux Ă  l'arrivĂ©e, nous avons constatĂ© Ă©galement qu'il n'y avait pas de chauffage dans la piĂšce principale, que celui de la chambre Ă©tait montĂ© Ă  l'envers ( haut en bas donc impossible de rĂ©gler la tempĂ©rature car le thermostat Ă©tait inaccessible), qu'une fenĂȘtre ne fermait pas , que la cafetiĂšre ne correspondait au descriptif et enfin que le sĂšche cheveux annoncĂ© Ă©tait absent. Tout ceci est fort dommage car le logement est trĂšs bien situĂ© et agrĂ©able

Perfect for Huelgoat & Mont D'Arree

We were the first to use this Gite. Its position in the centre of Huelgoat right by the bars and restaurants is perfect yet it is very quite, just the Swifts flying past the window. Being the first there were a few niggles, an oven that could not be used and a leak from the shower. Although we were there early June the weather was awful, wet and cold which showed up the lack of heating to the ground floor. This was quickly rectified by the owner with a temporary heater. The hot water could also do with a boost. I have been assured by the owner that these items would be attended too and hopefully future renters should not suffer. The Gite would also benefit from a DVD player to wile away those wet nights and WI-FI would also help, both fixes that may appear for next year. Overal a great place.
